On March 11, I applied for an apartment and disclosed my credit situation upfront. Underwriting assured me it wouldn't be an issue, yet I was denied on March 13. I paid $515, expecting a $450 refund for the admin fee, but it hasn't arrived after 17 days. Despite multiple calls, promises of reimbursement, and filling out online forms, there's been no response. Despite assurances of callbacks, including from the manager, nothing has materialized. This experience has been frustrating, and I advise against engaging with this organization. A denial should trigger an immediate refund, and the lack of organization suggests possible malpractice.

I love Mondial. The kitchens are the best I have ever seen in a rental. It has an amazing gas range and oven (can you tell I love to cook?). I live in one of the smallest units, but the layout is such that it feels bigger than larger apartments in which I have lived. I enjoy events put on by the building. Good people, good community. It's a great place to live.

There are so many different reasons why I love living at Mondial. It is in a great location with tons of restaurants, stores and public transportation within walking distance. The building itself is very well maintained and safe. The Mondial Team are all extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Whenever I have any requests or require any assistance, the staff ensures that all of my needs are fulfilled within a timely manner. The other tenants living in the building are also friendly and make Mondial a fantastic environment to live in. My family really enjoys living here and I recommend Mondial to everyone. A special thank you to Layla, Kristyn, Nathan, Pete, Kelley, Brandon and Yamila for being so wonderful!

The apartment tour at this community is one of the better ones I've had. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. And the units? They show like a dream! I really look forward to leasing one of these apartment homes!

I am extremely happy with my choice of the Mondial and my apartment. The views are spectacular, it is quiet, conveniently located, spacious and dog friendly. The staff is terrific and responsive. I'm very excited to be living here and want all my friends to move here too!

so far we are happy with decision to move in to apt, although when we were looking at apt, the agent said you cannot hear the trains outside b/c the windows are sound proof, which is not true at all. we are used to now but was a little misleading.

Really enjoy living here. Wish the rents were a little longer and had better onsite storage options. Something that could be done with all those vacate parking spaces.

Very pleasant community. I did notice that there is a long wait for the elevators.

Really wish they could regularly deep clean the common carpets and walls since people live on each floor with pets. The carpets should be cleaned (not just vacuumed) twice a week. The flat paint walls in the halls do not take well to being wiped down. Walls should be re-painted with a sheen or gloss paint that could be easily wiped down without leaving stains.
