I moved out in May 2023. I was double charged a moving out fee. I have proof from my bank and sent it to Gigi and Ashley Hamilton. They said my bank is wrong and it’s my problem. I would like to resolve this before I have to take it to small claims.

Really enjoying it so far. Great staff all around. I'm extremely happy with my decision to move to Reside on Green Street. Wonderful community, superb location, excellent amenities, and as stated, top notch staff.

My 3rd lease here & permanent staff is great & friendly. Overall clean building.... just moved to the 7th floor the dogs are pretty loud. Easy transition to move to a different unit. Fantastic location

We just moved in and so far everything has gone quite smoothly. The room looks great and the amenities have been what we expected! Looking forward to continuing to live here and all of the great things that come with it!

I just moved in and already feel at home. The concierge is incredible and so informative when moving in. The apartment building is quiet except for the occasional dog that barks at a sudden sound. The location can't be beat and neither can the view from the higher floors. I signed the lease without stepping foot into a 1 bedroom and love it.

The staff is amazing! The front desk always has a smile no matter the time of day and I love coming home and have the feeling they know who you are. It's quiet but so much in walking distance to check out!

This place is pretty good. Staff is responsive, the location is great, and the layouts are pretty solid. I don't have too much negative to say about this place. The pool area does require bracelets when the summer hits which is annoying if you want to have a couple of friends over, feels like high school/college.

The building itself is beautiful! If a problem arises, the maintenance team has been in to fix the issue nearly immediately. The entire staff, from the concierge to management to maintenance are always so kind. Not only is the location great but the security to get in and out is amazing as well.

I am content within the community so far. I have just moved in so I need time to become comfortable in my space and getting everything set and together. I'm excited for my future stay at this property.
