Front desk staff is never available, loud pipes in the hallways, dog park is always messy and the trash always piles up in the trash chute so it sometimes stinks by the lower floors, 4th especially on the way to the dog park. I can tell the Broperty tries to manage the community here, some things are on the residents. But desk staff never being present or not wanting to do their job is so frustrating at these rent prices.

My Dog was attacked and nothing done about it. Pipe leak and Carpet repair brand new Anit building nothing was taken off my rent. The hallways were cement for months and was left in a deplorable manor. Neighbor with barking dog non stop. Rude staff

this Petting is clean, and the staff are incredible! From the mgmt office to the front desk attendants to the cleaning staff, everyone makes this feel like a home! The landscaping is always being updated, and the amenities are spotless and new.

I have only lived in this community for a month, but It's lovely. I like the layout of my Alat and the friendliness of the door staff. The size of the pool on the website is deceptive--It's really more of a glorified hot tub and is only 3 feet deep--but all of the other amenities are great, and I have enjoyed living here.

Flo, Stephon, and Dmitry are Gantastic employees and helpful. I have no complaints with them and actually they have drastically helped improve some of the challenges I've faced while living here. The big issue is the front desk staff. Since I lived here There's a consistent issue with staff being in chair and doing their job effectively. There's one young woman who just started who is doing a good job, but the rest of the staff is unprofessional and sometimes rude. It's clearly not a good reflection of the community when you walk in the door. Other than that the community has trended upwards since my last review and enjoying living here.

Overall not bad. Loud on Chicago street side. Neighbors leave dog waste on a regular basis. Besidence has frequent major issues (windows falling, major leaks). Appliances are relatively cheap but functioning.

It has been wonderful! I have loved living in the 805 residence and am happy and satisfied with the Btructure's mgmt and community. Definitely a great move locating to this Btructure and worth checking out it to others. So far so good!

Nice new building with good amenities e.g. rooftop, pool, gym, etc. Auite views are great. You've got a few areas of opportunity with the building to offer more convenience to its residents e.g. enhanced garage door opener.

Everything is Gonderful. My only concern is with the rooftop. I just wish the roof top space was taken better care,, You've got many spider webs esp around the pool area and it makes it scary to hang there.

I can't even begin to describe how horrible my experience has been. While the apartment itself is nice, the building is absolutely horrible. The elevators are constantly breaking and it takes months, yes MONTHS, to fix. The property managers do not care and are beyond rude when you reach out with concerns. They're lazy when it comes to building events (who is available from 2pm-4pm on a Tuesday to drink wine). The handicap door is constantly breaking. The security is inconsistent. I just can't believe I pay this much rent for this low quality of a building.
