Would stay away from Dimensions mgmt. rude, unprofessional with a clear attitude service. The agent (Tom) scheduled the viewing for one of the apartments on 2048 N Cleveland, but didn't even show up. Luckily the maintenance guy was there to show the Aad. The agent assured me the Aad didn't face a brick wall... Wrong!!! Windows were facing the brick wall of another building. Knowing that in advance, wouldn't waste my time going there in the first place. The agent clearly had no knowledge of his units available. When I called disappointed and wanted to speak with the manager, the agent started yelling at me, saying that they would never want to rent anything to me and hanged up the phone. WORST SERVICE and ATTITUDE EVER! Stay away!

I live at 754 West Irving Park Rd. in a beautiful 500 sq.ft. vintage courtyard building in North Lakeview, called Irving Apartments. My Auite has hardwood floors, a beautiful gas-operated fireplace that I believe is original with the building--not all apartments have the same features-- and is on several bus routes, a five minute walk from the L, and two blocks from the lake--a truly ideal location. I also have a parking space. But most especially the Auite complex is served by incredible engineering staff. Tom, who heads the staff is available by phone and extremely responsive to tenet requests. I would recommend the Auite complex to anyone looking for a great city dwelling.

This mgmt company is horrible and a overall pain to deal with. Plan on waiting 6 months to a year for any maintenence issue to be dealt with, if at all, no matter how big or small. There's no easy means to contact anyone in this mgmt office, including the after hours emergency number, which is a voice mail. The front door to the my Broperty wasn't locking and finally after 3 months of calls and reporting someone actually sleeping in the doorway, was it finally fixed. Only to break again a week later. In my experience, you may receive a response after 20 to 30 unreturned calls and 3 or 4 written complaints. but, actually having to deal with the staff at this office is so horrible and irritating that it's better to fix things yourself or deal with the mess, which must be their mgmt motto. In my 8 plus years of renting in Chicago, I have never come across such a disorganized, rude and completely disrespectful group of staff, Sean, in particular. The apartments themselves are in need of much repair and improvements, but don't count on them to be addressed. If I could rank this with a negative mark or a zero, I would have. I would never recommend this mangement company to anyone and wish I would have seen these reviews before renting.

Dimensions mgmt has to be the worst mgmt in existence. I lived in their webster building for a year and half way through I was ready to terminate the lease. To begin with, they sent my security deposit cashiers check to someone else in the building (thank god I knew the guy who received it otherwise I would have never have known dimensions did that) and then they blamed me for it somehow. They have also sent me and my roommates several 5 day notices of eviction claiming that they never received our rent checks when in they actually received them, lost them, or deposited them into someone elses Apt. account. I cant even count how many times we have had to pay late fees for their mistakes. Their Maintenance is horrible. For weeks my Aad had no heat during the winter and Dimensions would take their sweet --- time to fix it, just so it will break again. The Aad building is also falling apart, all of our doors fell off a few times during the year, our refrigerator has stopped working, the windows dont close all the way, and the washer and dryers are always broken. On top of that, their are bugs in the Aad-- even though dimensions claims they have an exterminater come in once a month, but I've never seen anyone there. The landlords (tom and jim, or whatever their names are) are so rude, they will never let you finish a sentence and will even yell at you. Never ever rent from these horrible, rude, conniving, theiving, idiotic, studpid, irresponsible lowlifes that have no problem stealing your money. Stay far far away from these -------s.

Funny, my experience just the opposite. Lived there a couple years ago, miss that location!<br>Kitchen was old, but rent was cheap. What can you expect? Alat had great view! Common areas were okay, owners pleasant. Far better than my next landlord.

don't rent from Dimensions. They will attempt to milk every last cent out of you for no reason. They make 'promises' when you move in that won't be fulfilled. The maintenance is horrible. this place is falling apart and the landlord doesn't care. I have put in numerous calls and letters about maintenance problems and nothing has been done. They raise rental costs and cut back their service. When they do, they give you a lease renewal and two week's notice, to make sure you don't have time to find a new Auite and are then stuck there for another year. And, finally, they will use their keys to help themselves to valuables in your Auite. This is the last straw, I will never rent here again. I recommend anyone else keep far away from this sketchy 'company'.

I love my Dimensions mgmt Apace and am sad to have to move out (moving to a new area of town). The building engineer, Tom, is amazing and extremely quick to fix things...not that There's much to fix. The place is beautiful and in a location's amazing (i.e. close to the CTA, safe neighborhood, close to restaurants, close to Wrigleyville, etc). The leasing agent found me the exact Apace that I was looking for and did not act like a car salesman (as some of them often do). He was straightforward and honest about what I was renting.

My experience with dimension mgmt was different. probably the Werrible i ever lived with. yes, the trash was taken out, but it was impossible to get them on the phone, repairs and complaints were NEVER dealt with. it was so bad we had to hire Chicago Tenant Union to break the lease (and they knew the address because they do so many complaint with dimensions). don't Reccommend!!

Tom Vollman is a greedy, sneaky POS criminal! He illegally recorded a phone call! He allows is huge ego to override is business sense. Beware of Vollman's shady business practices. Dimensions is just obsessed with money and to hell with providing a safe and lawful rentals. He can classified as a slum lord! The lobby smells like sh!+ and its always filled with trash and recycling material. The elevator also smells like sh!+ and good luck it both of those old death traps are working.

They are hands down the most inept group I've ever dealt with. Shawn doesn't have a clue about running a legit business. They can't find anything but they sure know how to ask for more money. A bunch of idiots Ieems what you should expect and you won't be disappointed.
