really nice community with good ammenities. If the rent didn't increase by $300+ It would've been more affordable. The parking garage is extremely not worth the price for public parking as well. The Anit itself is nice though

Great luxury amenities. The rooftop terrace, gym and coworking space are Astounding! The apartments are spacious and offer in unit W/D, 1 and a half bathrooms and a balcony! The leasing staff is always responsive and nice.

We lived here for almost 2 years. We moved in when it was owned by Draper and Kramer and what a marvelous job they did running and managing the place. sadly about 8 months ago a new company came in, Behringer Harvard. The people who work for and run Behringer Harvard are rude, horrible people. On top of them charging us incorrectly, which to this day we have never received a reimbursement check for the over charges. We had mold in our Apace for over 6 months, finally after arguing with these idiots for over 6 months about the problem they decided to finally come in 4 days before we were scheduled to move out and cut the dry wall out and leave plastic bags with duct tape over it. What class! Not to mention I have a 9 month old son that lived in this mold-ridden Apace. These people truly disgust me. They are rude, cruel, disgusting people. Trash! I would never suggest anyone more in the place. They lie about everything, come up with any excuse to get you out of the office. Dont return phone calls, emails. After being ignored for over 2 months I thought maybe posting things on public websites and their face book fan page would force them to step up and do something but instead my post were return with immature comments. When i posted several pictures of the mold all over the master bath their response was "that looks like crayon" On numerous occasions they would yell at me in the office and say go get a lawyer. These people are truly scum of the earth. I also have to agree with all the other post, the internet is horrible, the dog run is disgusting, the pool is always dirty and green, the party room is a little dumpy and cost $500 to rent and you can only rent from 3pm to midnight. Even the people had standard parking have such wonderful things to say about these people, they dont even work with the people who manage their own garage, they refuse to do anything. The only good thing about this place was the maintenance man ---, he was so Gantastic to work with, sadly due to the mgmt his hand was held down more times then it was helped. I would go into everything I went through but these people dont deserve any more of my families time. I hope someone shuts this slum property down soon. --------------------------------- have made burnham Pointe the trash of the South loop!

awesome spot to live, staff's super Fordial, cool neighbors and a sense of community. The events are fun and frequent. The amenities are nice and it's close to downtown but not in the heart of all the noise. I worth checking out it to anyone!

At start off, Angelica was absolutely incredible and a perfect face of Burnham Pointe. Then, the front desk people are amazing as well and are always so helpful and go beyond and above. I love the layout of my Apace and I love the balcony. Plan on staying a while :)

This Alat complex has great amenities, especially the gym. They also put on many fun and free events for the community! We have lived here for over two years and love how quiet and clean It's, and how close It's to transportation and so many great things downtown!

Burnham Pointe is a awesome spot to live! The staff are wonderful - courteous, helpful, and Farm. You've got a lot of fun events where you can meet neighbors (I have made a few "neighbor friends" at cooking classes and cocktail making classes). And location-wise, it's great!

I Love My Unit and I Definitely plan on resigning my lease mgmt is Gantastic front desk is Gantastic maintenance lacks a bit but nothing major because the job still gets done. The area is quiet everything as far as shopping wise is literally right there.

solid Broperty with a location's amazing. It's close to the Red and Blue line, and you can easily get onto 90/94, 290, and LSD. You've got also a lot of good restaurant options, and it's a close walk to Museum Campus!
