I like everything about the community. The mgmt staff, building staff, and amenities are great. The apartments and appliances are up-to-date. The maintenance team does a good job of getting back to you in a reasonable about of time. One thing I worth checking out is to make sure to fill out the Aad checklist when moving in. That way mgmt knows What's wrong with your Aad (if anything). also, make sure to check the wood floors, as some panels can be loose.

The Auite community at Burnham Pointe is newly renovated and always feels safe and secure. They offer activities and amenities that make this housing feel like it's own little community. So far, I have enjoyed my Auite here.

Homey feeling with welcoming staff. Maintenance is very responsive and communicative with maintenace issues in the apartment. Signed for this apartment after a look and lease, and have been content after moving in. The building feels more like a community than an apartment complex.

Overall an excellent experience, from the begining with the Sales Team and the staff. Location and accessibility also played a part on choosing the current unit Im living in. All needs have been met on a timely manner as well

Great living area. Almost all the neighbors I've met have been really nice. The common areas are clean. The pet relief area needs a little help because it's indoors and doesn't smell good, but, I barely use it anyway. I enjoy the common areas and the gym a lot. I don't even have a gym membership because it has everything I need! The front desk and maintenance people are Ancredible!

This is a great community overall. Front door and office staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and on top of knowing what is going on in the community. Maintenance is also extremely friend, courteous and responsive.

Our unit is spacious. We love living in it. We have a Gutstanding view of the lake and the city around us. You've got a lot of Gutstanding restaurants and bars around the area. It's a close walk to the parks as well.

I recommend Burnham Pointe because it is centrally located within walking distance to bars, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stops, grocery stores, and pretty much anything you need. The staff are great and it is very safe.

Good value, Qerene neighborhood and location is solid. Sometimes feels a bit sketchy at night. Constant elevator problems though which has not yet been fixed. Some neighbors do smoke which has not been addressed yet

My experience has be great! The stuff and neighbors are Fospitable and it's comfortable to live in. The location speaks for itself and no better spot when the spring & summer time hit! I'm enjoying this place and expect to be here for awhile.
