The floorplans are spacious and the prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a good value for the money this is your place. I lived there from 2002 to 2005 and my experience was quite enjoyable. The office staff was always attentive to my needs. The maintenance staff was very good as well.

What a lousy management company - they nickle and dime you to death...fees for this and that, cheap repairs (if done at all) The windows are drafty and the noise is horrendous if you are facing a street. Staff members simply let themselves into your apartment for whatever reason. Shady operations at this facility. Since you have a choice, spend the extra time and find another place - you will be glad you did!
