Great place to live. Clean and safe. The manager is very helpful, people have to remember she doesn't run a 24 hour concierge service, she has days off too! Close to Wrigley, great restaurants and easy shopping.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The property manager is CRAZY. They pretend to be your friend then screw you over. Rent from a reputable company. Stay FAR away from this place.

I have lived here since July and am very disappointed with how it turned out. The landlord is psychotic, annoying, and always in your business since he lives in the building. Don't get me wrong, it's somewhat clean but he makes the experience horrible. He watches u put your laundry in on cam and then takes it out of the washer or dryer and puts it on top if you don't come down in 30 minutes. It is really annoying. I honestly feel like I am a teenager with a parent in my home. He has cameras everywhere and I'm afraid there are some inside of my apartment. About 3 weeks ago I discovered my walls turning black and sweating water (soaking the clothes in my closet). He claims it is because I burn candles. Also, he said it is "normal" for the walls to sweat. Come to find out, it may be black mold festering in my walls. I have contacted an attorney and the city will be inspecting it. I do not recommend this place. The cheap prices may entice u but the landlord is insane and too lazy to address mold.
