Love the security, the space, and the location of the property. The staff is excellent in the services they provided. Pets are allowed My apartment was newly painted, new carpet the view of both, the lakefront, and downtown is exceptional. The play area for the children is safe on the grounds. Stores close enough to walk. The laundry room is very well maintained. The resident appears to be polite I love the exercise room, also the community room. The safety of having to have the key for entry. Security surveillance 24/7.

Moving in was very easy, because the leasing office thorough and did not drop the ball on any part of this process. I'm looking forward to all of the activities, events entertainment, and date night dinners me and my fiance will enjoy in the years to come.

My experience living in Lake Meadows has been positive. Management does a good job in making sure that the complex is kept clean. Lake Meadows does a good job in providing different recreational activities for the tenants. I enjoy being close to the stores and restaurants. In addition, you are close to the downtown area as well.

There are many additional benefits for living in this area. Like Jewel Grocery store, Homerun Inn Pizza, Culver's Burger, and the Lakefront area. The area is very close to Chicago's public transportation

Like meadows is sn ok place to stay. Be prepared for rent increases every year. Older apartments. I do like the community. But the older apartments versus what you are paying is not worth it. I think it's fine for the student population that it has.
