been living here a VERY long time and it’s getting worse by the second. it’s completely turned into a college campus now and its nowhere near safe. the elevators take forever to come because people are holding them (delivery drivers & students), residents don’t properly move in so they hold up elevators to move, the elevators are older so they need more repairs, and sometimes just getting down to lobby can be 10 mins. luckily I’m able to take the steps but older residents have to wait. when you report issues management does absolutely nothing but give you a scripted response. residents continuously have packages stolen because they just get left in the open lobby where anyone can see them off the street. there are multiple people staying in units creating unsafe environments. there has been over 3 car break ins within our parking lot that I know of (management doesn’t inform residents and one of the car thefts was mine, they did absolutely nothing) the building manager claimed she would give video tapping to police but didn’t happen. security does an average job and most of them sit in the car on their phones. the upkeep of the buildings are terrible, maintenance gossips a lot. this use to be an awesome complex, now its going down the drain. the new property management is just an email… doesn’t seem to be a full on serviceable company like draper & kramer. If you’re over 30, will easily be overwhelmed by the increasing number of residents you’ll be around, and looking for peace & quietness with a working laundry facility - I wouldn’t move here….

Things change every decade and this new decade brings less staffing that do the best they can with the amount of people they have to deal with. Look forward to more interaction with the staff this summer.

I am beyond disgusted with Lake Meadows. Upon moving in my door handle to my front door was broken which is a huge safety hazard, that has been corrected. I have an air conditioner in my bedroom and beneath it is dirt and tons of debris, this is unacceptable and unsanitary. There is a brown substance coming from my bathroom sink and god knows what it is. My last straw was finding out that I have bed bugs in my unit and the response time was prompt to rectify the situation. My request to have new carpet has been ignored continuously. I should have received new carpet upon arrival. The head maintenance employee said he inspected the unit (quite rudely) but somehow CLEAR/MAJOR issues weren't corrected or just blatantly looked over. Either way, I have tenant rights and I expect for my concerns to be resolved. I haven't had the best experience yet here at Lake Meadows and I would like better results before contacting someone in regards to this issue. Thank you for your understanding and compliance as a tenant that has followed ALL rules and regulations living on Draper and Kramer property.

I've only lived her two months and I'm having a great experience. The neighbors are friendly, the maintenance crew are friendly, I especially enjoy the convenience of the laundry room. Everything is centrally located, transportation, events, stores .All around great location. When I was younger my aunt ant her family lived in Lake Meadows and I said when I'm older Lake Meadows would be my home. Please don't increases my rent for at least five years ??.

Lake Meadows apartments offer a serene environment for its residents. I have lived in lake meadows for the past six (6) years and I'm impressed with all the things the company offers its residents. They are quick to respond to work orders and that's a big plus.

It's been fine! Maintenance calls have been taken care of in a timely professional and clean manner. The information updates have been helpful. The activities: movies, and social gatherings have been well done.

The apartment is not bad but just be prepared for minor maintenance issues that can decrease your chances of staying. I had a issue with a toliet that took MONTHS to resolve and while it was done, I couldn't use the toilet for a few days and it pissed me off.

Off street parking and security is on point.The management team is ready to assist you if needed,a dog park for pets,the upkeep of the building and lawns are great. A quiet area,it's just a great place to live

The apartment is old and shows its age. It is close to the lake which is a plus. And it is relatively affordable. But the tenets are not the nicest. Majorities of them are good neigbors. But some of them are very loud and noisy all the time which makes having a good rest very difficult. They smoke inside the building which fills my apartment with disgusting smoke all the time. The security situation is worsening as well but this is across the city.

The property is close to everything! Transportation is literally at your doorstep, shopping, entertainment, schools for all ages, restaurants, the beach, depending on if you're facing South/North, you get an amazing view.
