I lived here while attending school. The building is well managed and the common areas are pretty well maintained. The only drawback to this building, as is with any other old vintage building, is that you can hear your neighbors above and below. It was pretty annoying when inconsiderate people walked with their shoes on the hardwood floors in the wee hours of the night. I could also hear my neighbors making out as well as their loud music. My advice, get a unit on the top floor.

I truly enjoyed living here. The management was quick to respond to a small problem that I had. The people in the complex are courteous and nice. I did not have any problems with pariers. I felt safe with all the security measures taken (mainly several locked doors). When I went to sublet my apartment the management was very understanding and said they would give me my deposit back if I sublet it and if they did they would keep it. I found subletters and they gave me back my deposit... All went well.
