I paid $750 a month for a nice size studio. The guys next door would always be fighting until 3 am & for some reason some guy would come down from one of the upper floors & use the shower in the vacant apartment next to mine. Other than being overpriced & a little dirty the place wasn't that bad. On the other hand I would never ever rent another place that was owned by Planned Property

I pay way too much for a place like this...i must be paying for the location. Living here has been really burdensome from the beginning. The elevators are horrible. If you're on the lobby floor, there's a small chance that the elevator will come down. You either have to take the stairs, or if you have items, a cart, or whatever to carry, you have to go the the second floor to bring the elevator down. They claim they're fixing them, but I haven't seen any signs of that.

The building manager doesn't follow-up on things he says he'll fix unless its something major that you could sue on if left unfixed. The management company is inattentive tenant complaints. They don't return phone calls or emails. Water pressure is extremely weak (I guess b/c they pay for the hot water, they fix where the least amount of hot water comes through the faucet) My door has been difficult to open and close for the last 7 months and still no one has fixed it as promised. I've given up on that.

Beware of this apt. building.

This place is a dump and a half. Planned property should be banned from owning rental property. Its taken 4 months to get basic repairs done and plus the "included" heat sucks so bad it was 45 degrees in my apartnemt this morning. Don't get ripped off..I am paying $975 for apartments that are now being rented for $900
