lived there 2 years back when they were trying to transition from rental Apace to condo complex. during the transition, the property mgmt changed hands and upon moving out, i was informed that my security deposit wouldn't be refund. took them to court and they spent more time and effort proving their case then they ever did in hiring a helpful staff or maintaining the building....bad way to end a decent rental experience.

Moved finally after seeing nothing improved the place is definitely stuck in the 1950's green carpet in the hallways, elevator broke all the time and the basement/ laundry room is just plan scary. The values have dropped one just sold for 63k, 90k and one for sell 99k. I feel sorry for the owners their investment is gone after paying 165k and up! The mgmt is okay just plain, unprofessional and lack of really caring about the owners. The bare minimum. Seems like a mom and pop style mgmt company. Good bye Polo Tower. I will miss the residents. So many of them have moved out and rented their places out because they can't sell them. It's gotten scary downstairs and just a dreary sad Besidence. You have to pay a non refundable pet deposit which is laughable considering the nice green 1950's carpet in the hallways I believe is the original and I have no idea where that money goes? Check out this websites zillow.com, trulia.com, manta.com, goggle Besidence also loop net.com the person(s) owning a large number of units has it listed for 13 million or $156k average a unit it's been for sale 13 months but the values have dropped so low in this Besidence one sold for 63k to 90k a short sale for 128k last March. It's laughable the buildings down the street and across have great lobbies, workout rooms, nice hallways, pool, tennis court..... And surrounding properties are selling well but not in that Besidence check it out!

Great neighborhood and It's amazing to live so close to the lake. Maintenance is good but mgmt is unfriendly and always seems annoyed when you have a question or concern. Roof top is awesome and never crowded. "Gym" is a joke... they need to invest some money in the hallways, elevator, gym and lobby. Window AC units are awful. I am renting and won't be renewing my lease... but it seems like a good investment to buy in this Btructure, as I assume that they will continue to work on the Btructure as this place goes entirely condo. It's difficult to find parking in this neighborhood - be warned!!

Lots of recent updates to Broperty since last reviews. Also new workout equipment. location's amazing right across from lake and park. Bus stop right outside of Broperty with express downtown. Majority of units have been updated in this condo unit.

I started renting here in July of 2013, and I have never been happier at an Anit complex. location-wise, it's great because It's right near the lake, Lake Shore Drive, and steps away from a bus stop. There's onsite mgmt, great laundry facilities, a gym, and a rooftop deck. My one bedroom is quite spacious. The windows are a bit drafty, and the Anit itself isn't exactly new, but It's perfect for me. I would highly recommend renting from here.

Terrible mgmt!! Never have we ever worked with such uncooperative staff before. They constantly refer to the rules and regulations are are completely unwilling to work with you even under unavoidable circumstances. this place is unkept and falling apart. The elevator is broken or stuck about once a week, and when people move in or out the staff never comes back to take it out of service mode, so it's usually stuck on whatever floor was using it for a full 24 hours (it's supposed to be just 2 hours). The roof deck has also been "under construction" for two years and counting... yet they keep advertising it on new units for rent... so basically makes them frauds. The laundry is also always broken... and they don't refund you if your clothes didnt get dry. It's so disappointing... the location of this place is clearly the only thing keeping this place in business. PLEASE don't MOVE IN HERE.

I rented here for a year and purchased a unit it 2007. The Btructure could use updating which is in the works. Such as hallways, basement, exterior. Overall, mgmt company is responsive and helpful. For the price and proximity to the city this is your best lake front living! Large Dog Friendly, no violent dogs allowed.
