overall good! Staff are friendly and maintenance team are quick. I like the neighborhood and the riverwalk. Also the apartment is close to bus stops and shopping area. Just the ac does not seem to work as expected. Elevator sometimes down,

The location is the only benefit to this building. I live in a 1x1. My rent has increased near 30% since moving in, a staggering premium when considering the uneven floorboards, unappealing counters, and small, cheap-looking bathrooms. They also do NOTHING about obnoxious pets with owners who let them bark all day and night.

Perfect location for my work needs. Wonderful view. Building and community can feel unfriendly at times. Rent for this building is high in comparison to newer buildings with nest thermostats and have kitchen islands and updated appliances.

Great location, views, gym, etc. people who work here are great! The apartment itself is ok. Weird design where lots of sq footage is wasted in hallway. Very small counter space/kitchen. Appliances a little anged and work just ok (washer/dishwasher/disposal). Apt shows it's age with past water damage repair marks and stained tiles. . Quiet location with friendly Tennents and cool common area.

I am very happy to live here. It's so nice, very safe and convenient. Even at the night, there will be people at front desk to help. And the view to outside is perfect. The neighbors are so friendly and I can meet many dogs every day

If you look at the definition of "perfect" in Google, you will realize how this place is?? I really like City Front, perfect view, great staff and accessible. I walk every day next to the river, 7 minutes far walking from Navy Pier and 12 minutes walk to Millennium park and so many other things. So happy to choose to live here.

All good. My only negatives would be the in unit W/D and sometimes notification of package delivery. When notified by Amazon, at times it takes two days to get the notification from the building. At times, I've just done the temporary code to get into the package room to pick up.

Cityfront Place is a great community. The neighbors are very nice, and the concierge and maintenance staff are very helpful. Plus, it's always easy for me to retrieve packages from the LuxerOne Package Room.
