We LOVE living in Cityfront! The residents are all very friendly, the front desk and maintenance staff are wonderful, and we've had great experiences with the leasing office team. My husband and I have so much fun at the building events, and getting coffee from the machine in the resident lounge is one of my favorite morning rituals. The location is great as it's downtown and within easy walking distance of a ton of things, but the immediate area feels somewhat private since the nearest buildings are nice condos.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Maintenance is quick, kind, and efficient. My only complaint is the elevators. They constantly have issues. It causes major delays and happens very regularly.

The property is so well-managed. The building is well-maintained. The amenities are wonderful. Everyone is friendly. The monthly scheduled events are fun and appeal to many ages. The apartment itself is laid out well with plenty of space. We love living at Cityfront Place!

Very satisfying. A good community and well taken care of apartment building. Staff is friendly and attentive to the residents needs. The apartment is a good value and a nice place to live. There us lots of diversity in the tenants who live here so it creates a welcoming environment .

This is a fine building. It's safe and has relatively few pests. It's close to the hospital if that matters to you, and the riverfront location is nice, although weirdly far (>5 min) from any convenient bus. The shared amenity floor is good for having people over. And the prices are decent for the area. That said, this place always feels like it's missing something, and I think that stems from management / leasing: The leasing office staff (NOT the front desk, maintenance people, or the custodial staff, who are GREAT!!) are sometimes rude and unhelpful. I went to speak politely with management about a routine issue with a package missing from our package room and was completely told off and told it was my fault for not finding the package (it wasn't there...). Further, the leasing office has not coordinated some aspects of building maintenance with outside providers properly, leading to occasional (e.g., once/month) water shutoffs and elevator outages at inconvenient times. I have never had water shutoffs at apartment buildings before, including some much older than this one (CityFront is from 1991), so it's not clear what they have done so wrong. Then a little piece of you dies when you find out that rather than focusing on the issues that matter to you, the management team has instead been focusing on (1) finding the newest "outside partnerships" that help them squeeze more money out of you such as auto-enrolled renters' insurance (more expensive than outside options), (2) coming up with corny and sometimes insensitive "jokes of the month" to put up in the elevators, and (3) planning "community events" in the early evening when most fully employed people are still working. Again, I really appreciate the resident-facing maintenance team, custodial staff, and front desk. They really go above and beyond to help with issues. When management misplaced my keys for move-in last year (which has happened more than once I've heard?), front desk went outside of the bureaucracy to help me get into my apartment and managed the situation effectively, while still helping people coming into the building. The maintenance team has an incredibly versatile skillset, is there quickly, and are likeable people. And the main custodian is consistently a friendly face and keeps the amenities up nicely.

I recently moved into this apartment, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The unit is spacious with modern finishes, plenty of natural light, and a well-equipped kitchen. The management team is responsive, handling maintenance requests quickly. The building amenities, including a gym and communal lounge, add a lot of value. However, there are a few downsides. Noise from neighboring apartments can sometimes be noticeable, especially during peak hours, and parking can be limited. That said, the location is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. Overall, I'd recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable place to live, especially if they're okay with some minor noise trade-offs.

The building, amenities and a majority of the people who work here are incredible! My biggest issue is the turning on and off of the heat at this time. When the heat was turned on for the first time this year the temperature in my apartment was 88 degrees despite turning off the system if we did not want heat as instructed by management. The situation would not have been so bad however when I went to open my bedroom window to attempt to help the situation, I discovered it had been plastered shut at the top the last time renovations were made. After 20 minutes of struggling, I was finally able to get the window open. I hope I do not have to spend the colder months roasting in my apartment or constantly having the windows open. A month after I moved in there was a leak in my ceiling. None of my belongings were damaged but no one was ever sent up to examine the area despite putting in a maintenance request. Instead, painters were repeatedly sent up and propped my door open every time despite me informing them I have a cat. This is incredibly alarming to me because it lets me know they are not getting any information about the unit before entering and I fear my cat will be let out in the future if work has to be done and I am not home. Overall things have gone well but there is definitely room for improvement.

Front door staff is always very helpful. Maintenance is excellent. I think our events were better with the old management company. There is also not as much privacy as I would like. Lots of emails and phone calls from management over unneeded things. It's slightly intrusive and nosey.

I enjoy the location of my apartment and the physical apartment itself as well as the amenities. My complaints are related to management. The building constantly has new staff and concierge. The management has poorly responded to complaints of noisy dogs, drunk neighbors, etc. The price of the unit is raised to the maximum price every year as well. It's a convenient walk to the hospital which is why I've stayed but I will be moving soon, which is what they want. They'd like to continue having new neighbors move in to pursue price increases. Also the building smells like garbage often due to poorly managed trash shoots and sharing garbage disposal space with the attached bar.
