3631 N Halsted, 4th floor. Moved in a year ago (June 2020), because of Covid I could not view the apartment prior to my move in date. When I showed up to collect the keys - I noticed the unit had not been maintained in years - paint peeling, tons of nail holes, personal items left in unit and storage area, dirty air conditioning vents, dirty oven, carpets and walls in the bedroom covered in dust - the owners didn't even bother to clean between residents even though the unit was vacant a month before I moved in. The unit was listed as a one bedroom, but is really a Jr. bedroom since the walls do not reach the ceiling. The water in the building was turned off for repairs at least 6 times (I lost count at 6), for two days we did not have access to the parking garage and were not offered compensation for having to park on the street. This unit is on the East side of the 4th floor and is now for sale - stay away!! The oven is broken, other appliances are barely hanging in there. This unit has NOT been maintained in years - I've been living in someone else's dirt for a full year. There's way better units for sale and rent then this crap hole - don't waste your time or money here.
