Echelon at K Station is one of the best luxury apartment buildings in Chicago. The amenities are well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the building has a very friendly atmosphere. Also, the property manager, Debbie Lam, is extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend this building!

I am looking for a new home and I just want to say that I think Echelon is awesome. The staff is really nice and I love the location! They also allow my pup, Stella, even though she is a really big girl!

Echelon at K Station has to be the best apartment building in the city. There are many amazing things to write about, but I think it stands apart from the others in many ways. First is the apartments. The apartments are modern, well laid out and spacious. I like how my 1BR is not the standard layout but has an office nook, great closet space, the washer dryer and a beautiful kitchen. The view is pretty spectacular as well. The staff is top notch and superior. Debbie is the building manager and has developed a service oriented, intelligent, accommodating, and wonderful team. She is amazingly gracious, pleasant, knowledgeable, and shows a real concern for not only the building but more importantly the residents. She is always available and doesn't hide in her office directing a process but is a great leader. Tina is also very helpful, gracious and a great addition to the staff. The front desk team truly defines service. I have always walked away with an answer to a question and have never been passed around. Each and every one of them truly know how to provide superior service. Finally the maintenance crew is also great. The few needs I have had (including changing a light bulb on the track lighting) are responded to immediately. It seems that I barely hit enter on the web site and someone is at my door to get resolution When writing something like this I do try to find something 'negative' to say but in this case I cant. This place is great.

I have lived at Echelon for over 3 years now and I honestly believe it's the best place to live in the city. The building has amazing amenities - super nice pool, a great gym, outdoor space with grills, dry cleaner on site, etc. and it's location is just getting better every year with all the new restaurants/bars that have been popping up. It's super easy to get to other parts of the city as well because it's located just a few blocks from the Brown Line, Green/Pink Lines and Blue Line, which makes it easy to get around. There is also a really nice Jewel across the street which makes grocery shopping extremely easy without having a car in the city! The management team and leasing staff are always a pleasure to work with and they go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. I have lived in 4 other apartment buildings since I moved to Chicago and this one is by far my favorite. I would highly recommend living in Echelon - you will love it!

I have lived in Chicago my entire life. My business partner hs lived there for 2-years and every time I go in there, I get more and more impressed. If I move back to the city, I would 100% look into living at K Station Echelon.
