I just moved out because I needed a bigger apt. The apts in this building are really small. Great neighborhood, a block and a half away from Western brown line. No thugs. No dangerous elements inside the building. Andy the maintenance guy was great. Many tenants have lived in the building 10 years and more. Yeah, Nosey neighbors that were kinda annoying but at the same time, you want a nosey neighbor who stays in the know about what goes on in and around the building. I felt safe in the neighborhood but suspected someone of going into my apt when I wasnt there: unauthorized. I didnt feel scared for my physical safety at all, but felt that someone had gone in to be nosey and thats not ok.
