The area is peaceful with plenty of student residents and a easy library just a short walk away. Despite their strict application requirements—demanding great credit and substantial income verification—the upkeep is shockingly neglectful. My unit's ceiling has a large opening that continuously sheds plaster debris and emits an unpleasant smell. I've been waiting 6 months just to get two burned-out bulbs replaced, and I had to bring in my own pest control service to deal with a spider infestation at my window. The soundproofing is virtually nonexistent; I can make out conversations from the unit directly below me clearer than my television, and any movement in the hallway is plainly audible through whispers. While the Landlord and Property Manager themselves treat tenants fairly, they simply don't maintain the property. You'd Renuinely only be comfortable here if you're handy yourself and have your own supplies, tools, and ability to handle repairs independently.
