I just moved into Belden Stratford a week ago and already feel like I am at home. My apartment was incredibly clean before move in and I was instantly welcomed when I arrived. The staff here are so kind and helpful. The location and rooftop are genuinely unbeatable as well. Happy to have chose here as my new home!

I'm not sure how some people are writing that noise is not an issue while others have had problems. I, unfortunately, am the latter. I can literally hear every cough, sneeze & word spoken by my next-door neighbors. It sounds like they're in my unit. I work from home now (like most people) & have conference calls where we discuss confidential financial information. If I can hear my neighbors full conversations, then surely they can hear me on those calls & that doesn't sit well with me. I have lived in places with thin walls but this is unlike anything I've ever experienced. I am considering just cutting my losses & breaking my lease. Which is such a shame because I love everything else about this place. All the staff (doorman, front desk, maintenance, etc.) are really fantastic people.

The staff at the Belden Stratford was great and very informative! The staff was quick to respond back. Staff was quick to respond to my emails via email or phone calls. Overall my experience was great!!

I've lived at the Belden for 5 years now, switching between apartments because my lifestyle has changed and I've wanted a larger space to grow into it. The building and rooftop is beautiful and the staff are all very friendly. I'm extremely pleased especially with the ownership switch from laramar to now Waterton. I can see the changed in the building and the plans that they have are all great things. My one complaint would be the small fitness center in the basement (but that's a personal preference) and it's rather hard to get storage in the building itself but there's a storage space only a block or two away that I've been utilizing.

I have had a pleasant experience living at the Belden Stratford. The staff are always very friendly and are quick to respond to requests. If the reason we're moving wasn't because of wanting a backyard we'd definitely stay!

I chose Belden-Stratford due to reputation, location, and price. I've only lived there for a short time, but the staff has been so kind and welcoming, and move in with seamless. Previous tenants have spoken so highly of this property as well, so I am looking forward to the future at Belden-Stratford.

I can't say enough about the Belden. It is the perfect spot for singles or couples in Lincoln Park. The staff is incredible and you'll feel at home the moment you walk in. Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Chicago, you have everything you need at your fingertips - either in the building or nearby.

Love living at Belden-Stratford. The neighborhood is ideal- proximity to lake, park, and zoo, and close to transport. The customer service is incredible, security is excellent, and the apartment and amenities are all that you would expect from a luxury building.

We are very new to the Belden Stratford, but we can tell that we are going to be here for a while. Having the park directly across the street, Sunday Brunch in the lobby, and such a nice spacious apartment is going to be the best.
