I live in a one bedroom apartment. It has more storage and living space than any other place I looked at for the same $. The location is great. Easy access to LSD and to any location in Lincoln Park. Easy to find parking in front of the building. The doormen are courtious and helpful. The work out facilities are a plus as well.
