Reside Properties has been so attentive to my needs as a tenant throughout the duration of my lease. I feel at ease knowing they value building security and that any issue would be taken care of in a prompt manner.

The staff are fantastic, and respond quickly. the building is very clean and the response to maintenance requests are quick. Patio is great for gatherings. Parking is criminally expensive and open to the public.

Great location close to the train and wells street with bars and restaurants. The maintenance staff are very timely and fix the problem the first time. Trash and recycling areas are always clean and picked up often.

Reside has been incredible. It's clean, the people are nice and responsive - it's all much more than just a place to live. The community is amazing and provides a lot of good perks through Reside athletics, Reside reward partners, etc. I would highly recommend any Reside community.

Overall, it's a clean and beautiful community. Management is very responsive and thorough. There is a great amount of space even in studio apartments, and the washer/dryer in unit is a huge plus! This community has a gym and a common patio area, and is pet friendly but without the smell. :) I recommend this property to everyone I know!
