Amazing love the unit and the maintenance crew are exceptional. Lots of light in the unit and great access to many different areas to explore. Will definitely be renewing for the following year. Management has been great

The location is horrible; the street is loud at night making it impossible to sleep as well as the upstairs neighbors throwing large and loud parties. The parking situation is terrible- I have never had so many tickets in my life because the street is always full. Work requests on the apartment take forever to get resolved.

The rent is high for low quality amenities. The dish washer doesn't work properly (tried to fix through maintenance), my closet doors are broken and frequently come off the tracts, the walls are easily scratched and we've had to deal with multiple drain clogs/leaks/etc. It's a fine apartment but I will not be renewing.

I love living here! It's so friendly and I've had a great experience here! I truly can't wait for the rest of the year and look forward to the fun activities and utilizing the amenities more because it makes a difference.

The reside residences are a great community. Everyone is very friendly, there are many amenities offered, and the building is very well kept. The resident portal is very easy to use and any requests I have for management or maintenance e services are responded to very quickly.

The management and maintenance staff are fantastic and very responsive. The overall building is well maintained, clean and in a great area. Access to designated parking and in unit washer/dryers is essential and this building has it!

My experience in the short time I have been here has been great. The staff is nice and are very responsive to any issues. It is also located in such a great location within walking distance to public transportation and the great food scene that old town has to offer.

Strong experience. Would highly recommend living in the building. Apartment is high quality and the location is ideal. I knew it was the right one for me the second I toured it. The gym on site is a really nice feature.

There should be less focus on features (free yoga, happy hours, etc) and more focus on apt quality, upgraded aesthetic and appliances. Overall the property managers haven't been overly friendly and act like they appreciate us as tenants. Don't treat tenants as a nuisance but rather appreciate them for paying a premium rent in comparison to the property. Overall, the units are outdated compared. Stop raising rent every year even when capacity isn't full. Charge less for parking when capacity isn't full

Reside on north park is truly an amazing place to live. They do such a great job of keeping the common spaces clean and making it feel homey. The apartment itself is so incredible and perfect. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!
