Nice but NOISY! I wondered why there were not a lot of patios with furniture when I moved in and now I know why - the school field across the street is constantly in use and very noisy. Kids are out there as early as 7AM and there is still noise as late as 10PM. After school hours, the field is still in use for sports practices and games. Unfortunately, on weekends you can expect the same. This is probably to be expected when living near a school but be aware if you work from home and make sure to tour when there is activity at the school so you can see how it may impact your specific apartment and situation. Additionally, the rent prices fluctuate greatly depending on the time of year even if there are lots of units available. Happily, the maintenance team (especially Roberto) are fantastic and Rob with the rental office is great! Overall, if you are not bothered by the noise it's a good spot and great neighborhood.

I love living here! The space is always clean. The elevator could be a little more upgraded but other than that it actually is a great space to live. Also I wish that when I was applying to live in this community, I wish I could have seen more different types of units

Have been in the building for over 3 years now and have only had a positive experience with the building / staff. The building is clean and the amenities are great. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well

My experience at reside north park has been great! The location is amazing and management and maintenance have been wonderful. It is an older building so the walls are a pretty thin but overall would definitely recommend living here!

Amazing staff and very clean. We loved the space and how it was clean and prepped for move in. Staff is readily available and reasonable price for this community. Would definitely recommend this to anyone in search of an apartment.

Have not had any maintenance requests fulfilled. The apartment was not left in pristine clean condition when we first moved in. There has been no response from management/maintenance other than the first interaction about fixing these issues, and no notes sent as a follow up for progress.

Well maintained community with just the right amount of amenities. Great location and a great neighborhood. Space and layout are perfect, even for a studio apartment. During this pandemic, this was amazing as working from home was made easier.

We love our apartment. It's a great community, the maintenance team is prompt/friendly/professional, and the neighborhood is gorgeous. This is a hidden gem in the heart of Old Town Triangle, and we plan on renting here for awhile.

The staff is very friendly. The in-unit washer dryer is very important to me and one of the buildings that offers it in Old Town for a reasonable price. The fitness center is not spectacular but has the essentials.

The videos were extremely helpful when looking for an apartment during COVID. The site was very user friendly and the staff was friendly. The maintenance team was so nice and helpful when I moved. The concierge team was also extremely nice and helpful in the process.
