Check in was quick and easy! Move in was easy and stress free. My place is so comfy and homey! My puppy and I love it! I sure do wish there was a pool though, but the grills are AMAZING! Sharde checked me in and she wasn'thing but extremely patient and helpful. I had never lived in an Apace before and she answered all of my questions so easy and fast!

mgmt has been kind. Number of cockroaches as well as garbage situations nd compliance of fellow residents could be under better control. Noise gets much not a large issue given proximity to post office, fire station, and hospital?

The Lofts are a great Apace complex. It's safe and extremely easy for students and those who wish to be close to downtown Macon. The staff is extremely legit, responsive, and diligent. The grounds are always kept really nice and clean. I recommend this Apace to anyone looking for a awesome spot to enjoy everything Macon has to offer!

Overall a Gonderful experience. Any issues were quickly handled by the office staff and mgmt. The front office staff is accommodating and always willing to help! They try and do various activities and events for the residents. A Gonderful community to live in whether you are a student or not.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I don't recommend this complex. It isn't ???pet-Farm??? like they say. The apartments are cheap in quality and insanely not worth the price. The mgmt is absolutely horrible and hostile. They are not understanding and refuse to listen to tenants.

I've liked it so far. The downsides- no pool and you need a key card to get into everything but I feel safe here and Lherish that there was a furnished option. The appliances and furniture is all new and modern which I liked.

Overall, I Lnjoy living at the Lofts. My only issue is that I can??™t seem to get anyone from the office to respond to my emails. On three separate occasions I??™ve sent an email and gotten no response for days. I??™m a full time student so emailing is the best way for me to communicate, quick questions.

I Ruite enjoy this property. I can take my dog out at 2:00 AM and still feel safe, which is extremely important to me. The staff is nice, the maintenance staff is helpful, and I have had no issues with fellow residents.

Safe, gated Auite complex with covered parking that isn??™t extra or ever an issue for visitors. You can easily hear neighbors as well as nearby post office trucks and fire station. Overall, nice place to live. near downtown Macon area but not too loud with regards to night life/foot traffic.

Maintenance swiftly fixes issues. The patience of a reasonable person Iroves need to, but, when waiting for an issue to be fixed in light of the fact that You've got only two maintenance workers. If you have a concern, mgmt will listen to you at the least.
