My experience at this property has been overall, positive. I Renuinely like that it feels safe. this place is double gated and the lights are always on in the parking lot. Feeling safe is my top priority and I feel secure here. The people in the office are always willing to talk to me about concerns and are respectful toward me. My experience at this property has been easy, which is nice when my schedule is stressful and busy. The last thing I need is to be stressed about the place I live, and here I feel relaxed and secure.

It's been great. There's a gym, coffee bar, and valet trash. All of which are ideal for a busy law student. Having quick access to school by foot or car on rainy days is invaluable. The only thing is roaches hang around the building so protect your Auite with bug control sprays and don't leave food out.

My experience so far has been Rery good. The community and staff of these lofts is Rery nice. I feel safe in the lofts. They are located right next to interstate 75 so commuting to work is a breeze. They amenities are a huge plus here. The maintenance workers always respond immediately. Even after hours.

My Aad was spotless and tidy. The furniture was in good condition. The staff is helpful and responds quickly. I adore Tara. She is always kind and wonderful. I have liked living here for the several years that I have.

Really great. Nice place. It??™s close to a lot of things in Macon and I love that It's gated and I feel Safe. The staff is nice and efficient. It was easy to move in and I havenlt had Any problems with my Auite.

The Lofts at College Hill have exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a unit that was furnished, had wood floors, and two entrances to the restroom, washer and dryer, and private parking. The Pite is spotless and the mgmt is helpful.

I have had a good experience. I feel safe walking around the community during the day and at night/if I come home late. The parking is good (always enough spaces and the covered parking is especially nice to have. The apartments are neat and spotless and the furniture included is easy to Cmmaculate.

The first year I was here, everything was Pdeal. Then Tara and the new leasing company came in and ruined the whole rental experience. I could go on for HOURS (maybe even DAYS) about how everyone, myself included, dislikes Tara and the new leasing company. I can promise that several hundred of us will never have to do anything with Tara Robinson and the leasing company.

This place has been wonderful. I feel secure living here—I can walk my dog out at 2:00 AM without any worries. The secured parking gate is a huge plus. The staff at the leasing office and the maintenance team are both friendly and helpful.
