I have really appreciated living here so far, has made being in the West Loop an enjoyable experience that I want all my friends and family to be a part of and to never end. Luxe on Madison has excellent staff, great neighbors with plenty of dogs, and parties and events to get to meet the neighborhood.

Located in the heart of the West Loop, just minutes from Target, exercise studios, shops and restaurants. The community is very quiet. The only minor noise issue is when someone is walking above you, you can hear their footsteps. Management and maintenance staff are wonderful to work with. Highly recommend living here.

Excellent management, apartment and location. Lobby is great to hang out in or work. Roof top is excellent. The building never seems crowded and is always spotless. Some apartment layouts aren't the best and the gym is small, but those are minor complaints for a great place.

The building was excellent for the first two years and management hours and being attentive has declined. Rent has continue to rise as well. The front door has been broke over the winter for the last couple years.

Overall experience has been great. With exception to a few minor issues. I feel safe and fairly comfortable in my apartment. The walls are a little thin, and noise from surrounding apartments can be heard from my apartment. It's not as bad as other places I've lived. The maintenance team is wonderful. They are very prompt and work efficiently to help with any issues. Tara the manager is great. She is very helpful and friendly. She is always willing to help when needed.
