Luxe on Madison is a great apartment complex in a great location near all of the awesome bar and restaurant scene in West Loop. Luxe is very up to date when it comes to technology and has a great staff that is very personable. I definitely recommend!

I've lived here on and off for almost 4 years. A super friendly building, during summer there is usually an impromptu happy hour in the dog park on the roof. The community is definitely 30+ and everyone is very respectful, I've never had to deal with parties or loud music. Super clean, modern and in a great West Loop location.

Security door to the garage routinely left open, my requests to address this serious security deficiency. There is a door stop on the door that is used by people using that garage. Ive been told it is for moving but my sense is that a temporary door stop should be used instead of a door stop attached to the door. The risk is that someone will sneak into the building.

Great location. Close to Skinner West Elementary School, Target, Whole Foods and Randolph Street. The management office staff are friendly and helpful. It could be better if the management office staff can respond to emails faster.

I wish there was more security at the front door (door person? Or strictly enforcing not letting others people into the building behind you). Other than this, Ive has no issues with the management or staff. Theyre all wonderful people!

Very good experience overall. Rob was informative and friendly throughout the leasing process. The only set-backs so far were a couple of small items in the apartment and so far unable to pay rent through the app.

we love this area, it is beautiful and convenient. the stuff in manage office are friendly however, if the following problems can be fixed will be perfect: water in winter in bathroom is not warm snow or ice or water will leak from windows even they are closed cannot use oven to bake some food cannot make even one fried egg using oven

The Luxe building is very nice. Many tenants have dogs and everyone is very friendly. The rooftop dog run has been a wonderful place for us to take the dog out in a city environment where he can feel safe and comfortable. The building is kept very clean and the response time on any issues is very fast.

I love the building and the price for the neighborhood. The staff is courteous and helpful. I would recommend the building to anyone looking for a West Loop apartment. The only downside is a lack of storage in the unit.
