Customer service is excellent, 100% of the time. The maintenance men immediately respond to any issues we may have. We've never had to wait long to get something looked at. Chuck, Percy, and Tommy and "New Guy" are the best doormen ever! They are as good as Tim from 1111 N Dearborn, where we lived previously. We were very satisfied living in a Planned Property Management building and decided to move into a bigger unit with a balcony at 1133 N Dearborn and couldn't be happier! We love our balcony and the view of the lake. We like that walls are really, really soundproof and we that our apartment has wood floors. So all in all you could say we really like it here! Very happy with how our new place came together. As always, PPM apartments come with big closets, updated kitchens, and big windows. The living room enjoys beautiful light thanks to the balcony and window and our bedroom also has a gorgeous view. We really like the recently upgraded gym too. It is always very clean and full of new equipment. It is so convenient to get in a quick workout before or after work, never having to worry about the weather. Another amazing rooftop pool at this property that we're looking forward to using this summer!

I enjoy living at 1133 N. Dearborn so much so that I returned to practically the same apt. after being away 5 years in Atlanta! The one bedrooms in this building are so big, nice looking, and full of stuff I need that I was very excited to return. I moved it and immediately felt like I was back home. Not only is the apartment incredibly well-maintained with the spotless carpet and wall, it has big, beautiful windows and plenty of closet space. I love the walk-through kitchen and little dining nook in front of the bay window. It is so pleasant to enjoy a meal while looking out over Chicago. The service is excellent, the common places are kept immaculate, and the door service is excellent, especially Chuck. Everyone is so friendly and very good at their jobs. I enjoy exchanging pleasantries with Chuck everyday while also knowing he is keeping an eye on all of us. Everyone in the office is very accommodating as well. I also enjoy the on-site amenities that make my life just that much easier, including laundry, dry cleaning, the fitness facility, and the pool on the roof deck. I enjoy an early morning swim occasionally. It is also a nice spot on weekends. All the residents are very friendly and respectful so it is never loud or rowdy. Absolutely no complaints.

I like my balcony - even though I have a studio, I have a balcony which I really enjoy. It also opens up the space and provides me with a beautiful view and good light in the morning. I like the ample closet space as well. The walk-in closet is just such a help with my studio. I am able to keep the entire place organized and spotless. It is cozy but I really like the size. Perfect for one person. Also, the shower pressure is amazing! The convenience of the property to the Red Line can't be beat. I take it every day to get to work and it has cut my commute time in half. That means I have more time in the morning and the evening to enjoy the apartment and the neighborhood. I have several favorite spots to eat in the area and I'm always discovering new ones. We are also really close to the lakefront and Oak Beach. Good grocery shopping options and other conveniences too. The apartment building itself is so lovely. We have a very friendly doorman, prompt maintenance staff, and management on-site. That means if anything comes up, someone is around to help me out! I've never had to wait more than 24 hours to get something fixed. There is also an amazing pool on the roof! Spectacular views and beautiful water. I really love it up there. Nice fitness facility too.

I like the fact that I don't have to worry about the extra bills as Heat/AC is included in rent. Paying rent is really easy too with their online payment program. Before I moved in, the realty agent provided me with all the information I needed to know to become a tenant at 1133 N Dearborn which made moving in very easy. I really appreciated their communication and attitude. The location is great. This part of Chicago is brimming with everything I need and then some. I love all the restaurant choices close by. We have some very nice spots along with good chains and cheap eats. A nice walk to the lakefront and easy bus ride to the Loop and Magnificent Mile. The laundry and storage are extremely convenient (and necessary). The pool is such a treat in the summer while the fitness facility is wonderful in the winter. I am looking forward to spending time on the roof deck this summer. It is always very clean and peaceful up there. Also, everybody is really friendly from the doormen, the maintenance team, management staff, and the rest of the residents. Having Maintenance 24 Hours is the best!! and they are great!! Thanks!

Asa newcomer to Chicago several factors are important: a clean, safe and orderly environment; friendly and courteous staff, and an atmosphere of immediate response. I found all of these here! Not only do I have a lovely view of the Lake, but I am surrounded by the finest service team in the City! The apartment itself was in perfect shape prior to move in. I loved how clean the carpet and walls were. The selling point was of course the floor to ceiling windows and my little balcony. The large amount of closet space always me to keep my space very clean. The kitchen includes a good amount of counter space that makes kitchen very enjoyable. I even have a nice little breakfast bar.

In 38 years as an apartment dweller in NewYork City, Washington, D.C, and now Chicago, I never encountered a building staff so attentive, pleasant and responsible. They smile! The hallways, elevators, laundry, work-out room are always clean and fresh smelling, Julian may be the best super any building ever had! It is truly a joy coming home at night! The same care and attention extends to the apartments. I was impressed with the state of my unit before I moved in and I've been more than pleased with the high quality of the appliances, windows, cabinets, and other features of the apartment. Hive on one of the top floors and the viewjust can't be beat. The big windows and my private balcony are just incredible. I am more than comfortable in this area. It feels safe and has a lot of great things going for it. Not only are there day to day necessities everywhere I look, there is a really fine selection of restaurants and bars to impress even the most picky consumer. Hike spending my weekends here, exploring new places, and walking the lake. The public transportation is also really easy to use and there are options everywhere I look!

The best part of living at 1133 N. Dearborn is the prompt, polite and incredible helpful maintenance staff. They fix whatever needs fixin' the same day the request is put in and you can't beat that! And the pool isn't half-bad either...now if we could just make Chicago summer's last a bit longer... When it does get cold out, at least we have the fitness facility! It is a really nice one too, much better than other apartment fitness rooms. The machines are up to date and always work, it is also always clean. Great sized apartment. Hove the windows, closet space, and nice kitchen with breakfast bar. The carpets are very clean and the layout of the unit is interesting and fun. I liked putting my home together here. The nights are always very quiet, the other residents very respectful. It must be that pool that keeps everyone in such a good mood! Love the area and all the great things close by. We have grocery stores and drug stores all minutes away along with fancy restaurants and hip bars. Short walk to the lake and other awesome things on Wichigan. Love it here. And Robert is the BEST!! Always a smiling face!

The location is unbeatable, Close to bus & train, 1/2 Block to Treasure Island, Walgreens, Jewel, banks are all close. Short walk to Lake and Michigan Avenue shopping. I enjoy the restaurants that are close by as well. There's always somewhere to grab a quick bite or a nice sit down dinner. Building is very well-maintained, staff friendly and responsive. We love our door staff and how the keep us safe and secure. The building is very clean and well maintained. It is nice that we don't have to worry about something breaking, especially in the fitness room or laundry room. The pool is super amazing, of course! We all love it up there in the summer. Our apartment is very nice. We love having coffee every morning on our private balcony. We also really like the breakfast bar off the kitchen. I guess you could say we always enjoy the mornings here! It is also a lovely place to come home after work and enjoy a quiet night. The building itself is quiet and the big windows look beautiful with the sparkling skyline. Other good things about our spot include the big closets, clean tiles in the bathroom, and the nice carpet. All in all a great find!

The townhomes are a great value in a great location! We feel like we have the best of both worlds -a townhome with a private entrance with all of the amenities of a luxury high rise. We love our big bedroom with two floor to ceiling bay window. The second bedroom serves as guest room. The first floor has a big living room, dining nook, and fabulous kitchen with a breakfast bar. It is very nice having a bathroom on the first and second floor. The amenities we enjoy from the building are numerous. The first one if definitely the pool! We love spending our weekends up on the pool deck, sunning, swimming, and taking in the view. The other tenants really like it as well but it never gets crazy up there. Always a good place to relax. The fitness facility and on-site dry cleaners is also a big help. The entire staff is always helpful and pleasant. The maintenance staff fixes thing pretty much immediately and the management staff are all very nice and helpful! So basically we never have to worry about anything and enjoy all the space and privacy of our amazing townhouse! We both love and have referred new tenants to 1133 N. Dearborn!

literally awful 2 year residents wouldnt let us stay 2 days past our lease *even offered to pay prorate* because we were moving out old, smells, run down, worst elevators ever
