Tenant Reviews for 1000 S CLARK ST

I have been a resident at 1000 South Clark since May of 2018. My experience so far has been very positive. The location is ideal for enjoying much of what Chicago has to offer. The building is very well kept, considering the large number of residents that call it home. I love the amenities, especially the large workout facility, pool, and the 29th floor game room (plus the views!) The living space is perfect for my needs, and I've had nothing but positive interactions with staff and management. All in all, I'm glad I made the choice to move here!

My wife and I moved into 1000 South Clark just over six months ago and have loved our experienc here. The apartment is up-to-date and has everything we need at a reasonable price. And the complex amenities save us money on things like a gym membership and options for dogs.

The building has an extraordinary amount of amenity areas. The gym in the building is outstanding. There are weight machines, free weights, cardio machines and ample open space for stretching/core work. There are free yoga and fitness classes offered on a weekly basis. As long as the gym is here, I'll be renewing my lease

Very happy living here. Location and proximity to public transport. Great amenities- better than most apartment buildings. Helpful and friendly staff. The management company is always trying to improve I would highly recommend living here.

I have been happy with the experience of living at 1000 S. Clark! Thank you for keeping the space clean and the great amenities. I would highly recommend living here. The only thing that is in desperate need of improvement is the package delivery system. It is a mess.
