Lots of amenities. Management sucks. Maintenance is amazing. Management doesn??™t listen to the needs of tenants. Many times I have gone to talk with them and they either disregard what is said or simply don??™t follow through. Maintenance People are honestly the best. They are timely, respectful, and most importantly helpful.

Spacious and modern floorplans, with floor to ceiling windows, high end appliances, great location next to CTA, Target and Whole Foods, amenities are out of this world with indoor heated pool, basket ball court, roof deck with grill, etc, and building is super well maintained.

Overall the property is exactly what you would expect. It??™s clean with more amenities than you??™d need. The staff is generally pretty nice and the apartment is sized well. It??™s located perfectly next to all types of shops and is easily accessible to several transit options making it for an easy commute in and out of the city.

Was looking for a pet-friendly, well maintained property with lots of light and amenities. 1000 South Clark immediately fit the bill. Perfect at move in and all requests have been completed quickly and professionally. Love it here.

Great amenities, location, and price. The community is very diverse and friendly. Common areas are always emaculent. The coffee machine is amazing with so many options. The proximity to Target is a life savor. The apartments are up to date and modern. Highly recommend.

1000 s Clark is a wonderful South Loop apartment building. The amenities are fantastic. It is close to shopping areas. The staff is very kind and supportive. While the building feels like a luxury apartment, it still has a relaxed atmosphere and the people living there are nice.

We moved to the city after living in the suburbs for 20 years. We looked at many apartment buildings and happy we decided on 1000 S Clark. The amenities are great, we are close to stores, restaurants, work, etc. Our guests are able to park in the building so that's great too - it makes it easier for people to visit.

So far so good! Friendly staff, work orders on time, nice gym, nice basketball court and racquetball court. Just need to fix the golf simulator. Elevators are good, other residents are nice and dogs in the building are cute. Mail system needs to be fixed.

Since Bozzuto took over I have had nothing but great things to say! Ive seen my fair amount of Management Companies come through this building and am please with this one! The building is great and love the amenities.

For me specifically, everything has been amazing. I've only needed maintenence twice and the first time somebody came within a few hours but the second time it took a few days. One thing I am not happy about is the constant turnover of our staff at the front desk. A couple people were let go due to them being too close to all of the residents. These individuals we're outstanding at their job and made coming home a pleasure. While it is understood that professionalism is important, the decision to let these individuals go is something that many residents didn't approve of. Overall everything has been great and I will most likely be renewing my lease next summer.
