I saw one of their concierge employees, an African American lady, verbally chew out a resident in front of many other people when the resident was trying to ask her a question. In fact, when the resident tried to ask her question in a polite manner for a second time, the concierge lady stood up and chewed her out more without any concern for all of the people watching. I saw this happen more than once by this lady. The rude concierge lady still is allowed to work at the front desk. The front desk is a customer facing role where being kind and a safe person to ask questions of should be required as a must. However, the management here allows their staff to humiliate residents in front of others. I recommend run across the street and get a lease somewhere else.

The building is well run and maintained. The service provided by the staff and operation of the package room make the experience a very good one at One Superior Place! The building is located in an area of town that is very convenient to many stores, businesses and restaurants.

It has been nice living here with all the amenities and great restaurants around the area. Pretty much everything one needs is a walk away. The lake is close, my job, and a short walk to multiple shopping stores.

It is a good apartment with great amenities and location. I only wish that there were more social community events. Currently, it’s once every few months vs other apartments have them monthly. Other than that, everything is great.

The maintenance team is superb. Kind, skilled, efficient, understanding, responsive, patient, quick to respond & extremely helpful in explanation & advice. The overarching management within the building is none of this. It is very evident that revenue is far more important than residents. Very dismissive and less than understanding, unresponsive, often rude, frequently ignore resident requests and concerns. Treat a certain circle of residents differently than others.
