Great location and apartment layouts. Friendly staff and has a true community feel. My dog and I enjoy living here. Having a balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, door person and a secure package delivery system were top priorities. Checked all the boxes.

Great place to live- maintenance is so fast it’s awesome. Front desk staff is really friendly and everyone has been helpful. Amenities are great as well. Only downside is hearing neighbors through the walls.

Living in a building with Kasa units makes it feel unsafe and like it is a hotel. Rita is the door staff who truly watches who goes in and out. There should be two people sitting at the front desk for security purposes. It is impossible for one person to manage visitors, resident requests and food deliveries, and direct Kasa guests all at the same time.

Lived here for over 4 years, and really like it. Sure, it could be a nicer / upgraded but it’s fine and a good place to like. The the staff - whether front desk, maintenance, or package room are all cool, they seem to care and work as a team, even when things are stressful. Overall, One Superior Apartments are really great for an awesome location

Easy and trouble free. Staff is excellent and very responsive. Location is close to work and everything I need. I find it makes my living very easy and trouble free. I also like the other residents - the screening is well done.

Nice unit, professional staff, big and well-maintained building. You should not design this part with a minimum 201 characters requirement, this is annoying, otherwise I do not need to waste this 5 minutes in my life.

Overall good experience Package room hours was an issue-had an issue with management being unprofessional. Also parking garage communication isn’t the best. Other than that staff has been great, clean complex. Maintenance always does well.

Very good. The management is first class. My problem or issues are addressed with care and concern. The residents are kind and courteous. I love the pool and steam room. Shopping is so easy, as all of my favorite stores are just around the corner.

I am a recent move-in, and have lived in many apartments here in Chicago. I can confidently say that I have never had a more positive experience moving into a new place than I have here at OSP! From the joy of working with Carol in the leasing office, to the ease of move-in day, to the help the management office and maintenance provided right away, and to all the smiling faces of the staff I see on a daily basis in between, it has been the greatest experience. I would recommend OSP to anyone!

Very outdated and dirty property; crude and rude staff, including concierge team, who do not like or appreciate the residents at all; their staff and upper level management commonly speak to residents with contempt publicly and without reproach, even in front of the guests of Kasa (a hotel or similar to an Airbnb in the complex); hallways smell of dog urine throughout the building - You can find much, much better and safer in this area of Chicago-
