I moved in a few days ago. The community seems to be great! There is a Starbucks and a groceries store in the same building. The onsite property management staff is very helpful and make sure you have a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is the best.

Overall it has been a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, great for commute, shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable environment. Great value for money. Pleasant door staff. However lack of common areas and rather mismatched appliances (color wise) and cramped bathrooms are slight negatives. It would also be nice to see newer carpets in the hallways / more lighting. But again overall this has been a great apartment.

This is a beautfiful, convenient apartment building located on a very pleasant and safe street just steps from Barney's NY, Hancock Tower, Oak Street Beach, Broadway in Chicago, and awesome Gold Coast eateries. The staff are personable, very responsive and go out of their way to get to know and take care of you. My suite is a lovely 2 bed 2 bath corner unit with a large bay window, wood floors, stainless appliances, quartz counters, and dark wood cabinetry. There's some new kind of climate control device I don't pretend to understand, but my utility bill is nominal. There is a Potash grocers on the first floor, a Starbucks, a full service salon next door, dry cleaning, a package receipt and notification system, workout room, roof top deck, attached parking garage reasonably priced for this town, and coming soon... sushi down the street. Building is surrounded by million dollar condo communities and the Talbott, Waldorf Astoria and Sofitel nearby. The Red L is about three blocks south, and to be sure, it's nasty - but incredibly convenient to get around the city. Cab stands across the street and around the corner if underground public transportation not your thing. And with all that OED is a best value per square foot, with favorable lease terms for relocating professionals. Thank you OED!

I love my apartment!! It's the perfect size and space for me. The building is beautiful, always clean, and the location is excellent for shopping, restaurants, the ideal spot for downtown living! The staff are always friendly and helpful.

OED is the best! It is the only place I will live while renting in Chicago! Great support staff, excellent doormen, beautiful apartments and view, rapid repairs, reasonably priced, and incredible location! Also attached grocery store downstairs, dry cleaners, top hair salon, and everything is 5 stars!
