I lived in the building for 2.5 years and all that they cared about was more money out of me. Many terrible experiences in addition to the construction, including entry without my knowledge and then having been denied that they entered despite it having been abundantly clear. I would not recommend anyone live here

Management hid the construction at the time of signing lease. And then when I couldnt take the noise anymore and it started to affect my health, they made me pay loads of money to get out of the lease. The floor was tilting, the balcony railing was extremely flimsy and yet the building did nothing to guarantee me safety

Do not move here!!!! Construction has been awful. If you work from home, you will not be able to work in peace or have meetings without disruption. When we resigned our lease they forgot to mention this conveniently. Everyone in the building has been moving out every week and we wish we could do the same. Management does not offer ANY concessions and has continued to raise the rent prices. Friends in similar buildings in the Gold Coast have better amenities and are not subjected to construction for hours on end.

Well we moved in right after they renovated the building. And it's BEAUTIFUL. Other than the stupid package system, which has been horrible, we love our building. Location is amazing and the interior is gorgeous. In fact, only the third building we visited and my husband and I fell in love the the design immediately and didn't look elsewhere. The management staff has been great too.

Avoid this place. It has gone way downhill over the past couple years. They were annoyed that they had to pay the dry cleaner to accept packages, so instead of paying for an onsite solution themselves, they now force residents to maintain two addresses: 1 for receiving mail and 1 for receiving packages. The package address is a 3rd party warehouse through a company called Fetch. If somebody sends you a package to your apartment, it is rejected by the staff and you will likely never see it again. They also decided to charge the residents for this inconvenience, so now we all pay $15-20 per month for a complete nightmare that we can't opt-out of. So many residents were upset that they were posting on the message boards. Because management doesn't want to be helpful, they deleted all the messages and now any message must be approved by management before it is posted. Very shady practices all around. Don't bother with this place.

There's this new delivery system that is so awful! It's inconvenient and unorganized and I've been spending way to much time trying to locate packages that have been denied because apparently with this new system you get a new delivery address, again like I said! STUPID AND INCONVENIENT. I just moved in June 1st and not once did the leasing manager mention this system to me and that it would be mandatory! They charge you an extra $15 dollars for something most of the residents hate!!!

I applied for an apartment at One East Delaware and was turned down even though I have perfect rent history and pay a much higher rent amount. My income was 4.5 times more than the rent amount. They never checked my rent history and used a 3rd party company that did not check rent history. I had to pay $450 via debit card to apply for the apartment and the money. It took 1 week to find out I was not approved, then when I asked if they could credit my card, they said they do not do credit card processing. They mail a check in 2 weeks. I am moving in 2 weeks and need the money to move. What type of business in 2019 does not do credit card processing. Poor company to do business with.

HORRIBLE, DO NOT LIVE HERE. If you want insane construction noise constantly, super long elevator waits every day, and just general dirt and dust everywhere, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Living here has been one of the worst experiences. The staff are totally inflexible, the rent increased over $800 year over year, and it's just been a terrible experience.

this place is horrific. constant construction zone, elevators always reserved for construction, constant noise from the construction, walking through the building is like a war zone, frequent water turn-offs, last minute notifications for building closures. I frequently have to go to my office or gym to shower or get out of the house for peace and quiet. when I try to work from home, the noise is so bad, I end up leaving. I dread spending time at "home" - this place has been nightmare after nightmare, I am counting down the days until my lease ends. management is horrible and unsympathetic. they don't respond to the complaints, and have spoken with them several times about the terrible noise and maintenance issues but they do not care.

DO NOT RENT - this building is undergoing constant renovations. The interiors are a mess - dust everywhere, the molding on every floor is ripped up. The construction noise is unbearable (even on the weekends). The elevators are always having issues (and with 2 down almost all of the time, the waits can be 5-10 minutes). Management will not do anything to solve for the noise. The parking situation is very bad, public parking, 10-15 minute waits for the elevators, unenclosed, non-heated parking. The package lady is mean and will send your package back if you are on vacation and don't pick it up immediately.
