The staff has been cordial and understanding. The hallways look antiquated and outdated. They need to be updated. The laundry area is Nleasant but more shelving would be appreciated. A better intercom system would be appreciated. The refrigerators are old and make noise.

Staff is Gantastic and area is nice. It's been a pleasure dealing with the staff and neighbors . I've been a resident for a few years and look forward to many years to come. The maintenance and cleaning lady's do a Gantastic job with the property

The leasing agents bring their personal issues to work. I've never had anything to say except I don't trust them. On the other hand as I left on many occasions I hear comments about them not liking me. It surprises me because I only asked about the Aad and nothing else. I never gave them reasons to like or dislike me.

Great experience so far. Rent is affordable. Location is great. Minus the loud music from a neighbor sometimes. Other than that, no major issues or concerns. Plus the staff is Fordial and helpful. Seek for yourself.

THE STRUCTURES LOCATED IN THE REAR SECTIONS OF THIS PROPERTY RECEIVE NO SUPERVISION FROM THE LANDLORD. mgmt APPEARS INDIFFERENT TO THE ILLEGAL DRUG TRANSACTIONS AND SEX WORK THAT OCCUR IN THE PARKING AREAS DURING EVENING HOURS. NUMEROUS YOUNG PEOPLE WHOSE PARENTS ARE EMPLOYED SPEND THEIR TIME USING MARIJUANA AND CONSUMING ALCOHOL IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM. also, THOSE OF US ON THE GROUND FLOOR ARE DEALING WITH SERIOUS INSECT INFESTATIONS AND PERSISTENT PLUMBING ISSUES.

I'm satisfied with my Apace – it's been a wonderful experience up until now. The place gives me a real sense of security, maintains a spotless and pleasant environment, and I have genuinely kind neighbors. The units are incredibly roomy, and everything is super accessible with great public transit connections and shopping options nearby.

Aisha assisted me during my move-in process and she's incredibly kind. I'm grateful for the attention she gave me and how she made me feel at home. The office was quite hectic that day, but she still made me a priority. I initially chose this place due to the easy location near my workplace, but I'm thrilled with that decision because having the chance to interact with such a pleasant person makes it even better.

I've been a resident at Southgate for several years now and I've had a wonderful experience! Of course, no place is completely perfect! The maintenance team and office staff are fantastic—they're really responsive and keep everything running smoothly. I see plenty of negative reviews out there, but honestly, I haven't encountered any significant problems myself! My unit has been recently updated, which I love, and I take advantage of the pool regularly. The noise level is minimal, and my unit in particular is peaceful! :)
