This is a nice Auite complex with plenty amenities. The office staff is Rruly nice, while moving in they assisted with all my needs in the Auite. I feel safe within the community, off to a great start

It's was a awesome spot to live until the new mgmt came. I hate the parking never anywhere to park gotta keep driving around to find a spot. The maintenance guy always have a attitude when you ask him to come fix something in your Aad.

The parking situation is TERRIBLE! You're charged $40 for premier parking and your visitors still can't park there after 8pm. The exercise room key fob doesn't function properly, and the building buzzer system is broken for most units, so you end up having to go downstairs to meet guests who've parked two blocks away. The rent is far not worth the price considering the minimal amenities actually provided. You can hear absolutely everything from Marist High School—their band practice and football games are extremely loud. mgmt isn't proactive about fixing issues. While the neighborhood is secure, aside from that one thing...I wouldn't suggest this place.

This community offers an appealing location with easy access to schools, public transit, retail options, and dining and entertainment venues. Residents enjoy a wonderful array of on-site facilities such as children's playgrounds, a dog park, an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a computer center, and several other features.

THE AREA IS NICE BUT, THE COMPANY NEEDS TO MAKE SERIOUS CHANGES. EVERYTHING IS ALA CARTE. THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING IS OUTRAGEOUS, BEING BILLED FOR WATER AND SEWAGE IS CRAZY AND IS MAKING ME LEAN FURTHER INTO WANTING TO MOVE.

It's a nice Aad community to live in. It's nice and quiet and the grounds and building is maintained. The amenities are great also. It's a awesome spot to live and I recommend it to anyone That's looking.

The neighborhood is peaceful and they organize plenty of activities for families and children living here. The team members are great and always willing to help out. If the rent were more reasonable, I'd remain here indefinitely—assuming maintenance continues taking care of what needs fixing.

Gonderful area with easy access to shops, grocery stores, schools, and more nearby. The community pool is fantastic—well-maintained and enjoyable. There's also a fitness center available on 2/27, which is awesome, though the equipment selection is limited but still decent. The main issue I face is the lack of parking, which is Rery frustrating for my schedule working 3-11 shifts.
