It is beautiful, safe and close to several places. The size of the apartments is normal, they are comfortable, modern and beautiful. Perhaps the problem is that, like all modern construction, the walls are thin, so if you have a neighbor who lives partying (as I did) you usually hear them. The pool, the gym, and the parking space are great. The elevators are very fast and work perfectly. The staff is very nice, they help whenever you need them. Most of them speak more in Spanish than in English. The prices are very competitive in the market, they do not seem expensive at all. I highly recommend it for young people.”

Their properties SUCK and if you do your research you will quickly find out that everyone who takes the time to share their experience living in one of their properties had a HORRIBLE experience. They will screw you out of your security deposit no matter how well kept you keep the apartment. Their properties are not safe, their dirty, broken down elevators and leave residents with no a/c, broke down appliances amongst many other issues. They are crooks and scam artists and you should heed to this warning if ever considering renting from them.”

Where they have the studios were supposed to offices, so when there is not a noise cancellation system at all. You can literally hear your neighbors watching TV, laughing, having a normal conversation with their guests. This is terrible. Apparently, my neighbor would smoke weed and the smell would get into my apt. I do not know about the upper floor apts, but if you wanna have a peaceful night and sleep well don't get the studio. You will feel you don't have much privacy as whatever you do your neighbor will listen. Furthermore, the Wharf, you will have constant music from the wharf. Regarding the staff, some are very helpful and understanding and some not. The elevators... will take a whole life to go up or down from the upper floors.”
