There is not much to say about this community, it is well known in the area. The building is modern and large, with a number of amenities that equal or exceed the nearby luxury towers. But what stands out here is the staff and the service they provide to the tenant, it is exceptional.

Excellent customer service! We visited the property this year with my partner to see some of its available units. The people in the community are super friendly and communication was always fluid, there is part of the staff that is Spanish-speaking.

We found the management people very friendly and predisposed, it shows that this community runs well, everything is beautiful and well maintained. We are especially interested in its good location. The condo has good views and lots of light, it is the most spacious and comfortable that we find within our budget.

A beautiful community. From what we learned during our visit to the site, we noticed that it is a well-kept building, the common areas are clean and there is no overcrowding. A quiet, tidy, and well-located location is our top priority when choosing our next condo, and Flagler meets both requirements.

We were going to move to the community in 2020, then the pandemic complicated things but we are on track once again to finally settle. The management has behaved wonderfully all the time, this reaffirms our decision to choose this building.

I can't help but speak highly of this place and its staff. Since I arrived, the community opened its arms to me and I felt at home immediately. The management and the neighbors ensure the safety and tranquility within the building and it is much more than I can say about other communities where I previously rented where the party was 24/7, happily this is not the case and the environment allows one relax and enjoy the common areas without stress.

I've only got great things to say about the property and staff here. The staff is very kind and professional. They make sure residents are well taken care of and that maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. The neighborhood is beautiful! The location is perfect!

Lo mas asombroso del edificio es la vista definitivamente y todas las comodidades que tiene. No te dan ganas de irte nunca ya que es difícil cuando estas tan cómodo. Ademas de tener un equipo de trabajo muy eficiente y trabajador, la mudanza fue la mas rápida que tuve en mi vida. Nos ayudaron en todo momento, nosotros estábamos muy atareados y nerviosos por todo el cambio, fueron tan amables con nosotros y nos tranquilizaron eso realmente se aprecia muchísimo, hicieron mucho mas que solo su trabajo. Agradecemos a todo el equipo!!
