“Pros- Location, one of my property managers and the maintenance guy. Cons- No pool, no fitness center, no security, Apartment floors are a mess, pretty expensive for what it doesn't have. You have a train that passes by everyday and you'll hear and definitely feel it. I honestly could keep going but it would be too much.”

“Overall, the staff's customer service is magnificent, as are the repairs and maintenance. The location is accessible and centrally located, and the neighborhood is quiet. On the downside, when it rains, abundant water accumulates in the surrounding area, on the street, and inside the parking lot, making it difficult to leave the building in small cars.”

At the same time, it's super convenient?you have everything nearby, from Walmart to restaurants, grocery stores, and other essentials. The apartments themselves are well-maintained, and the community feels safe. The location is a small but you're close to major roads, making commuting easy. If you're looking for a balance between quiet living and accessibility, this is a solid choice!”

“Comunidad muy limpia y acogedora. Muy tranquila. Solo acotar que nos parece caro el servicio d alquiler teniendo en cuenta que no cuenta con poscina ni gimnasio, ni lugar para ni?os y carece q medidas d seguridad para entrar al mismo.”

“Nos gust? mucho la comunidad, lo c?ntrica y acogedor el lugar, ya que en ese mismo sito hubo una zona de trailer, al llegar al pa?s en el 2017 nos compramos uno y al a?o siguiente venden el terreno para hacer esta nueva construcci?n, sin pensar que a?os posteriores volver?amos a nuestro lugar que tuvimos hace a?os atr?s. Muy feliz.”

“Only the problem that the apartment have with the water filtration by the main entry door, but this situation is because the design of the building. I hope that this situation will be fixed soon. Also the water filtered by the ceiling.”

“Amazing no complaints, as I mentioned before Behania is amazing!! Community is clean, quiet and brand new ! Fetch program could be taken out I think it's a be necessary And parking on call manager is ok as well I would say it's also unnecessary but not a huge problem at the moment”
