Nice, friendly staff. Common area are cleaned daily on the weekdays. They always keep residents abreast of situations with elevators, parking, and normal inspections. The outside area is usually clean but have had some messes due to others walking around.

Mr. Cristobal is definitely an asset to your organization. Not only is he knowledgable, professional but friendly and easy to understand. It was definitely a pleasure to be taken care by this gentlemen.

According to my age. 87, I have market close by, farmacy, transportation. Security in my building. All the areas are clean. There are no problems with the neighbors. The general conditions in the building are exelent. Every one keeps their doors close. You do not see people walking in the common areas. We have a nice community area, where we can watch TV, or gather for a party or simply to get together.

NOT BAD COMMUNITY BUT WE NEED MORE SECURITY WE ARE AFRAID TO COME LATE HOME AND MORE TRASH CANS IN THE PARKING LOT SINCE WE CAN THROW PAPER TRASH ETC....AND OUR MAIN CONCERN IS THE AOUNTS THE BUILDING INCREASE IN RENTS EVERY YEARS MAKES FOR LOW INCOME VERY HARD TO PAY THANKS,

Very good experience in this community with the staff and residents, all our shopping places are close to us and we can walk at any time without fear the area is well maintained. This place is happiness.

Comenzamos con una renta muy buena como bajo recurso, asi fue como nos dijeron a todos los inquilinos que comenzamos a vivir aqui, pero todo ha sido un enga?o y un anzuelo porque nos han aumentado la renta 2 y hasta en 3 ocasiones en un mismo a?o siendo personas de entrada muy limitada. Ahora nos volvieron a aumentar la renta otra vez y no se sabe hasta cuando. Sube, sube y sube. Realmente es una falta de respeto y desconsideracion y no soy yo solo quien dice esto. Le pueden preguntar a cualquier inquilino y les va a decir lo mismo o quizas mucho mas. Es una lastima, pero hay mucha tristeza y desencanto con esta situacion. Los pasillos son muy calientes en le verano (un horno) y muy frios en el invierno (un congelador) y aqui la mayoria son personas de edad.

I truly love this building. It is safe, clean & the office staff (Silvia and Cristobal) are very professional. My apartment is in great condition, and the neighborhood is perfect. The building is kept clean and orderly.
