cEstoy feliz de vivir en este edificio,tengo un apartamento muy comodo y una preciosa vista del rio de Miami,estoy encantada porque tengo enfrente el metro rail y una cantidad appreciable de omnibus ,a pesar de eso disfruto de silencio tambien estoy contenta con los miembros del staff son corteses y muy atentos.Gracias

El trabajo fue todo un ?xito . El empleado de mantenimiento lleg? a la hora convenida vestido correctamente y con las herramientas adecuadas,no acepto ni un vaso de agua, realiz? un trabajo excelente, limpio correctamente el lugar donde trabajo ( la cocina ) y fue todo un ?xito, es una pena q la llave q puso reemplazando la otra fuera de tan mala calidad pienso q no va a durar mucho, los felicito por tener un equipo tan competente. Ideal home for Senior Citizens. The building is well maintained and the office staff are very efficient and friendly as well as the maintenance staff. I have recommended this property to my friends. Comments: Noise from pets are disturbing neighbors.

Never before have I felt more "at home." My neighbors are friendly, the staff is understanding, the environment is pleasant. In short, I can truly say that West Brickell Tower has given me a sense of belonging. And this for me, at my age, is a very precious gift.

Excellent Community with many amenities to enjoy as a Gym, Social Club, Gorgeous Lobby. Close to 3 Public, CVS, Walfreens, Banks, Thee beach at Key Byscsyne, Schools, Restsurants, Shopping Center, Close to I-95 and US1 Biscayne Brickell.

So far I'm very much satisfy living in this building. The janitors, maintenance and Office staff have been always concern to assist in all requests handling with care and professionalism. The building is very clean and in perfect operation, I hope it will be maintained in this satisfactory condition.
