Excellent place for living nice comfort and peace.Nice nice environment beautiful the service is excellent this place is always clean,our pets enjoy every ride.I suggest rent here .the people should be live here forever.

Administraci?n is not working at all. Bad ?? Literally you don't have any king of support Not security ( is a courtesy according with the Administraci?n). Every year goes up $$$$ A lot people smoke cannabis. All the halls building are dirty. You have to pay for your deliveries of Amazon, FedEx, ups $170 at year. You can't have access to other cable company just ATT or they. So this not USA. IS cuba law. Every year the streets are flooded. Water bill is up $$$ Well this a paradise. Be ready if you car is crash or stole one else is give you a solution. Because is not a administration is ghost.

Mi experiencia en esta comunidad ha sido muy decepcionante. Desde el primer momento not? una falta de organizaci?n y de responsabilidad por parte de la administraci?n. Los problemas que surgieron nunca fueron atendidos a tiempo, y cuando intent? comunicarme para buscar soluciones, las respuestas fueron tard?as o simplemente inexistentes. El mantenimiento de las ?reas comunes deja mucho que desear y la gesti?n interna parece no tener controles adecuados. Como residente, uno espera un ambiente seguro, limpio y bien supervisado, pero lamentablemente no fue lo que encontr? aqu?. No recomiendo esta comunidad si buscas un lugar donde realmente valoren a los residentes y mantengan los est?ndares m?nimos de calidad y atenci?n.

The property offers some nice amenities ? the gym, pool, and jacuzzi are well-kept, and the resident activities are enjoyable. Maintenance is also fairly quick to respond, which is appreciated. However, there are several concerns. Roaches are a recurring problem, parking becomes nearly impossible after a certain time, and the walls are so thin that you can hear almost everything from neighboring units. Additionally, there's a non-refundable "one-time" fee of about $400 when you move in, but it's charged again every time you renew your lease. Another major issue is that certain amenities are located in one building and are only accessible to those residents, even though everyone in that building can use all the other shared amenities. This feels unfair to other tenants who pay similar rent. Overall, while there are positives, the pest issues, noise, parking situation, and unequal access to amenities make the experience disappointing.

The community can be noisy. People rev their cars and play music in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The paint in the rooms is poor quality, the "landlord special" as they say. But the A/C is cold and maintenance always comes quickly.

Parking space is limited, very frustrating to look for parking, maintenance isn't good, very expensive compared to to other places, few apartments with washer and dryer inside, not very clean building

First, I lived in a one-bedroom apartment for two years. It was very comfortable, but I only had problems with cockroaches. I think it was because it was on the ground floor. Later this year, I moved to a three-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. I have no complaints.

Good facilities. Washer and dryer included. Faster maintenance. Storage room.Big washrooms would have been better. Regular cleaning. Friendly community.Near to groceries, malls, restaurant. More shelf's needed in hall

Very nice area. Very nice community to live in. I have been living here for several years and I still feel very satisfied. Management staff, Maintenance staff are very supportive and helpful. Something that is very important these days and we have in this community is Security staff.

Experience has been good so far. Have only been here about 3 months. We enjoy the office activities for its residents. Can we do something about the rooster? He's up at all hours. We enjoy hearing him just not at 3 am. Lol
