I moved here since 2016 and I love the community since then. The location is amazing because we are in the middle of Miami. Plenty of schools, businesses, restaurants and shoppings around this area. My family and my heart are growing here at Fontainebleau Milton!!!

We have always felt safe in this community. They also have great amenities. Our son is fan of the pool and my husband and I hit the gym very often. I like that they have their own convenient store and a hair salon.

Defiantly, I haven't had a good experience. first when I got here initially, we got some roaches in the apartment that you provided to us. Lately and the most concerning one issue, we were stole, and you didn't advise us that this has been happening in the community finally we have son cigarette smell everywhere in our apartment and we don't smoke.

Pensando que era una comunidad s?lida, y con buenos precios me he equivocado totalmente tiene muchos problemas de mantenimiento. En todos los sentidos nunca se env?an las inspecciones y los afectados. Somos los inquilinos que debemos pagar por esas equivocaciones.

In this beautiful community, it would be great if you installed more cameras to improve security, especially in the garage area. The neighbors are good, the store is very good, and the children's recreation area, barbecue grills, sports courts, and gym are excellent.

I've been living in this community rental since November 2025, and overall my experience has been very positive. The property is well maintained, clean, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to live. Management has been professional and responsive whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. The community feels safe and welcoming, and the common areas are consistently taken care of. I'm happy with my decision to move here and would recommend this rental community to anyone looking for a dependable and pleasant place to call home.

I'm satisfied with my apartment, the community is very central to all major restaurants, grocery stores and schools. The staff has been friendly and helpful with me and my family. I would like them to be more flexible with their rent increases, there should be a system to reward their long standing tenants, there is allot of turnover with tenants from what I see.
