I’ve been living in this community for around 5 years and since the start they have always been welcoming. If I have any kind of issues or concerns they are always willing to help, when it comes to any appliance issues or anything that needs to be fixed the person that stands out the most is Ernesto and when talking about administrative matters Maria Suazo is the one that has always been there to assist us and is one of the reasons we keep on renewing our lease. Cortland makes us feel like we are at home and with the newly renovated gym which is 24 hours is very convenient for us who work late hours. Thank you Maria for always taking care of us 100% recommended

So far living here has its pros and cons. I would say I love how it’s dog friendly our neighbors are great and the food is great. I’m complaining about certain neighbors leaving their dogs out and noises. Smoking also is seems and thrown to the grown. The windows for hurricane season are horrible it needs to be fixed. The dog park needs a new remodel it’s a dirt sty.

I have lived in this condo for 3 years, everything is very organized and well maintained. Maria in the office helps you with everything and the maintenance staff are very good. The apartments are remodeled and the gym is new with excellent equipment.

Office staff is EXTRA FRIENDLY. They will all help you. My go to person is Maria Suazo, straight forward person…. The whole atmosphere in this apartment’s community is great. Quite and secure place. KIds friendly Pet friendly.
