I can´t wait until my lease up. The property is dirty and unsafe.

Walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors making love every night. <br> <br>

The other reviewers were too kind. This place needs to be bulldozed to the ground, and then burn the debris. Take the ashes of what remains and dump them down the nearest sewer. <br> <br>

it was like living in a closet. I liked all the foliage, even though it was mostly weeds. <br>but the apt was very, very tiny! <br>the occassional sludge that came out of the faucets made me bypass showering occassionally. <br>the management also had a second business on the side. It seemed that they were in the business of selling used cars. They took up all of the best spots in the complex with all of the cars they had. This was a problem when i came home late at night and had to park on the edge of the complex and walk to my apt alone through a very, very dark parking lot.

If you enjoy small, cramped, old apartments, then you´ll love Townhouse Apartments. <br> <br> <br>This complex is managed by a couple. The husband is a complete maniac. <br> <br> <br>Noise: <br> <br>Not too bad, if you don´t mind listening to practically everyone in the complex making love. Since the walls are as thin as tissue paper, you won´t have much privacy here. <br> <br>Grounds: <br> <br>Basically some weeds surrounded by concrete. <br>An amusement park for rats. <br> <br>Exercise facilities: <br> <br>Running from the rats provides some exercise. <br> <br>Pests: <br> <br>Not counting the managers? Rats and Ants. And lots of them! We lived there for one year and they never had pest control come to our apartment or to the grounds. <br> <br>Bottom line: <br> <br>DON"T MOVE HERE! You´ve been warned. This is hands down, the worst place I´ve ever lived at. <br> <br> <br>
