Lived there for 3 years, never a single late payment, never caused any trouble. When I moved out, they charged me $130 to resurface cooktop which only had normal usage. Fine, I gave them that. They also charged me $120 for a broken tile, and it was there when I moved in.

The original management was very good, responsible and professional. Recently they were purchased by Willow Bridge. We find there is a lack of community rule enforcement and a slow response time with this new team. For one, we had a fire alarm ring back around 10 pm one night. All residents had to step out of their apartments. It took over 30 minutes for the alarm to be shut off. The management team never sent an email explaining why it happened or apologizing for the inconvenience. There's been a lot of issues with the internet, it's slow or unresponsive. They do not enforce smoking, bbq on the patios or residents leaving the garbage outside their doors. New residents leave it out on Friday and aren't told or reminded that it won't be picked up till Sunday. More than once we've caught a strong marijuana smell. The one thing that has improved is parking enforcement. Everything else needs a lot of work. Being proactive vs indifference or reactionary.

The experience was great, rent was a little high but we thought it was worth it because of great admin and ammenities, but everything changed when they change the admin a few months back. Not really a personalized experience, no events, no responsability

My experience has been great but I do have a complaint to make. The Internet crashes every day and it gets annoying especially because this is a luxury aparment so I feel like this is unacceptable. This has been going on ever since I moved in and nothing has changed.

I love it but like everything new there is always something that needs adjusting. Parking has been a really big problem. I work odd hours and when I get home after a long day at work, I just want to take a shower and sleep. Not living at Alexan Park. I have gotten here lately after 12 midnight and there isn't a parking spot available in the entire community. There are vehicles with trailers taking up multiple spots. Cars parked there for weeks unused a bunch of commercial vehicles. Then there are a few spots that are empty and you guys decide to close it off. Makes no sense.

Great location, great amenities, great atmosphere. Residents here are very friendly and my family and I love it. Staff are always always polite and friendly. We live in a ground floor and there is an extended balcony which is a big plus as we love sitting outside, and it is well shaded so the extra sun is not a problem.
