I love living here I've been in this building for 8 years now I've seen a lot of managers come and go in that time but the one thing that doesn't change is the quality of people there's good neighbors here you have a real sense of a small community just take care of each other but there's one problem that's the fact that we have Outsiders who are coming to use the pool people that don't live here just walk right in and use the pool because there's no one policing the pool if we had someone policing the pool it would be great because we didn't have to we don't have to worry about things strangers coming in here with coolers drinking beer things that aren't supposed to happen that's the only bad thing about the building but other than that fact that there's no one policing the pool can't complain the management is the only noise we have is just a lot of the airplanes the traffic the occasional children who are running around playing their kids there's nothing you can do about that but all in all it's a great place to live.

Recently they changes the manager who really care about cleaning and good neiborhood and replace her with a dom ----- that does not care about nothing. In my area I have a collection of dogs, garbage and a new neibor with three kids that they do not care about nothing. huge bad words, slaming doors all the time, eating out side and droping the empty containers arround the property. No mother no father shows the face out side or call them the attention for nothing. This is sad. Now we are living in hell. Use to be so quiet and clean. No more

In my opinion, the complex is poorly kept, I have complaint several times to Ms. VIllafane about the garbage being thrown from out the windows on to other properties and so far nothing has been done., lots of teenagers running around creating havoc...I just dont think it is such a great to live...I am sorry.
