Great apartment! Security needs a huge improvement had someone break into an apartment while living here and also car jacking/ break ins. Amenities are nice when you can use them Maintenance dose a great job and same with concierge Front office Dosent really do the best job. Dosent always have answers for you and will just divert you to the property manager

I initially toured Joya over a year ago and I immediately fell in love. I knew that one day Id eventually move there. A year later & Im finally a resident. I love this community and I absolutely love my floorplan. Its extremely spacious and offers all of the items I look for in an apartment. As someone who also works in property management, my expectations were high but wow does Joya supersede all of my expectations. The office staff is very responsive and helpful, the package system couldnt be any easier, and the amenities are very well maintained. Maintenance is quick at responding to any maintenance request entered. Choosing a community that has greenery to walk my dog was a huge determining factor and Joya meets that need for us. I recommend this community to anyone whos trying to live in a centralized area but away from all the crowds and noise. If youre looking for a place to call home, dont think twice about renting here.

I love the community everyone is very friendly, clean, quiet. I love the security of this community knowing you have to have a fob to even be in the building. The parking ensures security of your vehicle especially in Miami. Overall 10/10!

The building and its amenities are beautiful. Karen, the Manager, is on top of everything for the well being of tenants and has organized many lovely events prior to Covid19. The maintenance staff is wonderful, super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The place is well kept, clean and smell really good. Love the layout of our apartment, wish had a bigger balcony, ours is very small. Love the pool area and staff is very courteous and helpful. Overall the experience has been hood so far. It is a safe place.
