Would place 0 stars if I could. Stay away if you ever want to live peacefully in your home. The management team will make your life hell for no reason. Amli Joya uses scare tactics to intimidate its residents into doing whatever they want. We receive multiple weekly notices as residents threatening to assess fines. Residents received an email today noting that "per your lease agreement, page 8, Section 4, titled Animal Policies" Animal owners are responsible for proper disposal of their animal's waste... you may be assessed a fine of up to $150 per incident for failure to comply with these regulations." $150 is not the fine listed in my lease agreement, and I am willing to guess that is not the fine on the lease of other residents. It is $50. Landlords are not allowed to add fees whenever they want. Every week they cite to things being “violations” of the lease, and a lot of those items are not listed in the lease. It’s deceptive and scummy to do that. We are charged pet deposits, pet fees, and pet rent - which should include and cover the cost of the management team cleaning up when needed. Pets are going to have accidents as well as are going to mark. Even if you take measures to clean up after them, if there is a smell left behind or a trace left behind, that is the exact reason for residents paying pet fees and rent - to cover the cost of clean up and wear and tear. While I agree that cleaning up after your pet is necessary and should be done, please do not call yourself a "pet friendly" community if you refuse to understand pet behavior and want to eat the pet fees and rent that residents pay monthly rather than utilize it for proper clean up measures

I love the AMLI Joya for its pristine location, appearance, the manicured landscape, the spectacular pool area, the wide variety of amenities and the conveniently located pet park. I highly recommend the Joya to friends and family.

After a year of searching for the perfect place to move to from Key Largo with no hesitation I chose AMLI Joya. Im 15 minutes away from everything. This is a beautiful and well maintained building. Kali at lease office was such a pleasure to work with and made my moving experience great!

Amli Joya, made an everlasting impression the first day I stepped on property, the ambiance, the smiling faces of the staff that greeted me and made me feel welcome, was a refreshing change. Chabelys , provide exceptional service from the first day I met her, then Kali stepped in when Chabelys was not available and provided exceptional customer service with a smile. Not to be left out Simeon and Rebecca who was always eager to help whenever I called or needed a question answered. I can go on, and on, maintenance staff has provide exceptional service. Amli Joya is just a great place to call Home. So far, Im enjoying the whole experience.

Overall, my experience here is great love the home. I dont have any issues with the key fobs as I read in some of the reviews. I would say the cell phone service is poor when you enter the garage. The AC is bipolar. It cools when it wants and one room is hotter than the other. Thank God for the ceiling fans. Overall its mostly quiet and everyone keep to themselves. Elevator is fast and efficient definitely a plus for me. So far Im loving it!

Love the look of this building, it is warm and inviting with a home feeling. Amenities are nice and useful. Pet friendly and the up keep is great. Maintenance and cleaning staff do a great job here. A great place to live when working from home with a concierge experience.

I love the JOYA Office, particularly Simon and Rebecca. They are professional, kind, and positive and always eager to resolve any issues or concerns. I really think they made a difference for us in deciding between luxury places. The maintenance staff is friendly and quickly resolved issues. The concierge system and staff are awesome! Super helpful and friendly.

AMLI Joya is a hidden gem in the trendy Dadeland area. The pool, amenities, and sheik European style design set this community miles above the rest in the area. Management is friendly and professional. Thank you AMLI Joya!
